Good customer support

Slow delivery - took 10 days. Received mail to say goods where 'shipped' same day though only sent to courier 5 days later, despite advertise same day shipment with delivery 2-4 days!?

I'm so sorry to hear that the delivery time of your order from us took way longer than estimated to arrive. We did in fact send out the parcel within 24 hours of the order being made. There most likely seems to have been some delays within the shipping company. I can see that the parcel took about 5 working days to arrive to you from the moment that it started the shipping process.
Once again I'm deeply sorry for the delays caused with this specific order, usually the delivery times is estimated to be 2-4 working days.

Very Quick delivery
Very Quick delivery , unfortunately it took Postnord ( delivery company ) nearly a week to delivery to my company , after nearly a week of calling Postnord , in the end I asked to speak to someone in charge and to know the reason why it was not loaded for distribution on the days the goods were supposed to have been delivered , then I am sorry to say I demanded the goods to be delivered the same day and surprisingly , the packet was delivery on the same day , even though the packet was opened when I received it , but as the goods were intact , I did not lodge a complaint. But lampornu , is really top notch , both in quality and service , will buy from them again , but maybe they should think about choosing a better delivery partner . ……
