Fake clothing
I ordered essentials shorts set and it did arrive which was great however I was expecting great quality however when I recieved them the quality was not good at all it was very clearly a rep and there were quite a few errors compared to a real one and among many other products in the reviews it shows similar not great quality among the clothes. I’m not very happy with this order and won’t be shopping again.

I ordered a few times from Lavinto Lab fist time I ordered a black denim tears hoodie and a white ralph lauren tracksuit the hoodie was nice the tracksuit not the nicest for the price but still not that bad 2nd time i ordered a casa blanca tee a gallery dept tee and a essentials tracksuit the tracksuit i still wear cant say the same abt the casa blanca tee and about the gallery dept tee after 3-6 times washing the letters started to come off and leave black dots around the letters with the gallery dept tee with the casa blanca tee the colours started to come off slowly the 3rd time everything was nice i ordered burberry slides with pink denim tears shorts and a pink bape shirt everything was nice and everytime I ordered it came fast i gave it 3 stars because the quality on the ralph track, casa blanca tee and the gallery dept tee werent the best for the price.

Horrible never ever order❌
My experience was sadly very rubbish I ordered 2 items 1 and a half months ago I have tried to contact them to return the item multiple times the first time they said no you cannot return the item and the second,third and fourth time they didn’t even bother replying.They only have a 14 day return policy and I asked them for instructions on how to return and they told me that I’m better off buying another tracksuit but that’s NOT what I want after I contacted them saying no I don’t want another tracksuit I want my money back they stopped replying and now I’m well ahead of their 14 day return policy, I haven’t even worn the tracksuit yet or the slides I bought they are still in the box and packaging.
I have a very large following on TikTok and I will until they help me return this item will HIGHLY NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS WEBSITE TO ANYONE I KNOW PERSONALLY AND MY FOLLOWERS.
So Lavinto do what is right and help me return this item but until then I’m sorry to announce to you that you have lost me as your buyer and probably allot of potential buyers.

I got a wrong kind of product and wanted to return it and get my money back. Customer service wrote me several very long messages about how sorry they are blaa blaa. But the best refund they offered to me was 40% of my money back and I could keep the product. A product that I didn’t even want! This firm is a scam. They send cheap products (with high price)from china and it is not possible to return a product. Do not order from them!
