Don’t use .. total scam . After waiting 2months they finally told me that the DPD driver couldn’t find my address.. when I rang DPD they knew nothing about it ..

* The waiting time for your order is 3 to 4 months.
* The quality is inconsistent.
* They sold me something they did not have in stock, and to this day they have not responded to my messages.
* Their communication and customer service are extremely poor.

I bought a mystery box, been waiting over 3 months. Support team will lie to your face. Don't give them money unless you're expecting nothing.

I feel this company is scam. They say they are a Brisbane Australian company, but item despatched from china. I ordered 4th November but still not arrived 21st November. Customer service keeps saying thank you for your patience and that the item is out for delivery. Item has been out for delivery for past 3 days.

Ordered as website DRIPMATE looks genuine, product looked great. Supposed to dispatch with 3 business days. Contacted them and do respond quickly, however the information provided is inaccurate, upon challenging they decide sorry wrong tracking, then claim dispatched, the upgraded... very nasty taste of a scam. Told them I want refund, seem to be it will be there by 22nd ... then no updates 3 days so again im left thinking not genuine.

Ordered and shipped on the 26th of August and currently September 18th and package nowhere to be found. They sent using USPS and tracking hasn't changed since September 5th. Reached out to USPS because dripshop would not themselves even though shipping receipt method and insurance information was required which I don't have, and was told the package cannot be located. Finally, somebody live responded to my email other than AI and they told me that I should wait another week. Unacceptable to wait for a package to arrive a month after shipment and even though shipping cannot be located, I have to wait and spend my time and money. Order at your own risk.

Ho usato anch'io un codice sconto trovato su Instagram e, mentre il processo di acquisto è andato liscio, è stato l'unico momento positivo. Il prodotto si è rivelato di una qualità terribilmente deludente, completamente diversa da come era descritta. Sembra quasi che lo sconto serva a smaltire merce di scadente valore. Soldi spesi male, non mi fiderò più.

So good: I ordered a moose Knuckles jacket from here about 3 weeks ago it came yesterday day everything is going well good quality I will defintly buy again.
The only problem was long shipping but that’s bc I live in Europe so great company I recommend if your into clothes
