Good experienxce. I would order again!!

Unfortunately, my experience with LOMAZOO was very disappointing.

I ordered a sink which arrived damaged. LOMAZOO sent me a replacement, but unfortunately, the second sink was damaged as well. Only the third sink finally arrived in acceptable condition.

Of course, transport damage can happen once. However, receiving two damaged sinks in a row made me seriously question the quality control and packaging.

What disappointed me even more was the way the complaint was handled. I was expected to arrange the disposal of both damaged sinks myself. This not only meant additional time and effort, but the disposal itself also cost money. On top of that, I had to figure out how to transport two heavy, damaged sinks to a recycling centre without having a car.

After receiving damaged goods twice, I would have expected LOMAZOO to arrange the collection or disposal of the defective products at no additional cost or inconvenience to me. Instead, much of the problem was effectively passed on to me as the customer. In the end, I was offered €30 as a goodwill gesture.

The sink itself is okay for the price, and I am satisfied with the third one I finally received. However, considering the entire experience, I would advise other buyers to be cautious. If your order arrives damaged, be prepared that dealing with the replacement and disposal may involve considerably more effort, time and even additional costs than you would expect.

For me, the low price did not make up for the frustration of receiving two damaged products and having to deal with the disposal myself.

Tornado flush is from right to left, making it more preferable for better cleaning. It is very good quality product from Netherland.

Really nice mirror, reasonably priced, very well packaged. Looks great and the antifog works really well. I do wish there was a separate switch for the light and the antifog so that the antifog feature wasn’t wasting energy when you only wanted the light, but that’s a small gripe. Overall, solid quality.

High quality product, for little money. More than i expected.

The mirror was fine, but I was disappointed by the false information on the product description, which stated that the mirror is only 5W and rated A+ When in reality it's really 40W which is a huge difference.
5W may be true if it was just the lights around the outside, but it's not it's also an anti-fog heating system that is ALWAYS on. This is not communicated in the advert either - you would have assumed it could be turned on and off (independent of the lights) because this is very wasteful to have it always on by default.

The return process is very long, given that the item was delivered on the 5th of May and I'm still waiting for the process to be finished, that's disappointing. I returned a mirror where the glass had defects , black spots that cannot be cleaned. Otherwise the product seem of good quality, but only time will tell.

Correctly service and a great company.

The products came in here in very good condition and was exactly in time - although delivered in neighbor country (Germany) Building up the content was well explained and easy without professional help.

Delivery was very quickly. Unfortunately we waited very long to instal the mirror, so we found out late that it was damaged and had some irregular spots on it.
