Not your typical reading from a script onboarding...
Brian was excellent throughout my Lodgify onboarding experience. He was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel very manageable.
What really stood out was that he wasn't just reading from a script like so many onboarding and training sessions tend to feel. He genuinely knew the platform inside and out, answered my questions confidently, and tailored the session to my specific needs.
On top of his expertise, Brian was patient, personable, and a pleasure to work with. I came away feeling much more confident using Lodgify because of his guidance. I highly recommend working with him if you have the opportunity.
