Placed an order, they are a complete SCAM!!!! FRAUD, STRAIGHT UP THEFT!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
They will not reply to any email or contact.

Waiting for my order, ordered the mats for outside that click together, I went in to check in my order where I saved it and nothing was there, like they disappeared all of a sudden. I hope it’s not a scam, hate to waste money

Total scam. Stay away. Product never arrived, no info on shop app if ever sent, no response via email or phone. Stay away. Would give zero stars if I could.

Like, I don’t know, I got a grip trainer and it works just fine, but after some time, it started cracking after squeezing it. The cracking noise lasts for like an additional 20 seconds after you release your grip. It does nothing to the functionality, but it’s still unpleasant.

I've spent a lot of money on "branded" hand warmers and they always break in a few months. I don't know if that's just my bad luck... anyway, I got the hand warmers from here for literally $15 and so far they're holding up great. It's been a few months now. It's like 1/4 of the price. Sure, the heat is a bit weaker, but it still serves its purpose okay.

This is a scam. I don’t even think the reviews on this site are actual customers except the ones calling it a scam. SCAM

These hand warmers are excellent for cold weather and fit comfortably inside my gloves. While the shipping was quick and the unexpected 5% voucher was nice, I was disappointed that customer support never responded to me.

Support is where? Wanted to edit my order and add one more thing, but they got it to me a week after the package arrived. Too bad, so sad.

Slow shipping, slow support, quality is nothing extra.

As somebody mentioned above, sluggish support! I'm on the fence as to how many stars I should reward you for that. It doesn't matter how good the order itself is if I'm getting ghosted by staff :((. I'll be generous for now, but keep in mind that a 5 star experience quickly feels like 3 stars when the communication is this poor.

This is like a better-ish Temu or AliExpress. The quality is better, and things are not falling apart. In my case it's okay, as you can't mess up leashes and dog toys much, but if you want to buy electronics or something, bear that in mind.

I bought some bike equipment for my family and they were super excited when they opened it up the LED lights work really well and our way brighter than other lights we have bought in the past so we are definitely happy with our order

The customer service alone deserves five stars. I had an issue with the issue with the packaging, but they sorted it out so quick plus the bike stand was easy to set up.

Not going to lie I was kind of scared, ordering a bike stand online, but this slaps the delivery was fast and the set up was very easy and hassle free so I definitely recommend

I have a bunch of hand warmers from here and they are okay. I take them on my hikes and they serve their purpose though I have noticed the battery life is not the best. They are very cheap on the other hand so that totally makes up for it in my opinion.

The customer service is really helpful and answered me very fast so I'll be ordering a bike stand a more bike equipment when I get paid .

Wish support answered questions more readily. Luckily the order turned out to be okay, but I didn't get any shipping notifications basically up until the moment the package arrived at my door. And support answered a day after my package arrived? Like bruh...
