I bought some boots in July and was so looking forward to wearing these but I was disappointed, I tried them on and started walking in them and the moulded stud snapped and the base plate had cracked, I've emailed but have not received a reply which I'm angers me, I will not be using the company again for it's poor customer service

Regarding your case, your football boots (F50 2004) were a collector item in brand new condition. As it is clearly stated in the FAQs section of our website, many of our products are classic and collectibles for many years. In some models, there is a small risk that they may deteriorate faster when used due to the passage of time. We mention that on our website so all our customers are aware of it before they place an order. Regarding your case, the Adidas F50 2004 was fabricated 23 years ago and it's considered a collector's item.
We can only guarantee that our boots/shoes are brand new and authentic and offer refunds if our customers are not satisfied on arrival (and not used) for up to 14 days. Classic football boots it's a difficult business in this sense, and we do everything in our hands to make things clear to our customers before they place an order.

Poor quality
Bought a pair of Adidas X50+. After less than 10 minutes of use, the entire stud plate on the front of BOTH boots detached at the same time, a clear sign of a manufacturing or bonding defect, not wear and tear.
When I submitted a warranty claim with photos, they denied it, claiming the damage was due to "use on the wrong surface," despite the boots being used normally and for a very short time. When I pushed back with a clear, specific rebuttal and asked for a re-review, they simply stopped responding.
Extremely poor product quality combined with terrible customer service and zero accountability. Would not recommend shopping here.

We would like to clarify that the Adidas X50+ you purchased is a 100% authentic, brand-new, original product. The boots were supplied directly to us by our authorized supplier and were delivered in new condition.
After reviewing the photos provided, the damage is unfortunately not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. The reason is that this model is an FG (Firm Ground) boot, which is specifically designed for use on natural firm grass pitches. It is not intended for use on artificial grass or other unsuitable playing surfaces.
As an independent retailer, we must follow the warranty guidelines established by the manufacturer. We are not the manufacturer ourselves and therefore cannot approve warranty claims that fall outside their coverage conditions.
We sincerely regret the inconvenience this situation has caused. We understand your frustration, but in this case we are unable to offer a warranty replacement, as the product has been used on a surface that is not compatible with its intended use according to the manufacturer's specifications.
