i ORDERED ONE PEN ONLY AND KEEP GETTING CHARGED AND SENT PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT WORK. I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS AND THEY JUST DONT DO ANYTHING, THEN TELL ME THAT THE 30DAYS IS UP TO RETURN THE ITEM. EVEN THOUGHT YOU CONTACTED THEM ALREADY ABOUT SENDING THE PRODUCT BACK.

This product has almost the same ingredients as Lunavia. A similar, if not identical, antifungal pen.
I applied the pen to my toes, in the mornings and last thing at night, Using 3 pens over 4 months - there was absolutely no improvement to my nails and, in fact, my right big toenail has worsened.
It takes so long for toenails to grow and that's probably part of the scam, delayed complaint - lack of interest - can't be bothered.

Yet again, this Scamming Company have taken more money after three months. They said I took a subscription out, which is completely untrue. They have just told me to go onto their website and cancel the subscription myself, however they then said that I didn’t actually take out a subscription, so why did they take another payment? Obviously, they are not intending to refund me, so I have contacted my Bank and raised a chargeback. Let’s see if that does the trick! Avoid this Company like the plague. It doesn’t help that they are an American Company!

Tried to order fungus pen, bank transaction was declined but received bank charge of $44.49, card was blocked and no order confirmation. Then they attempted additional charges of $52, $2.95 and $59 (all blocked) - also with no orders!

SCAMMERS - stay away from them!

This is a SCAM. I was told I was being charged £8.99 but £53.94 has been taken from my account. This is a fraudulent company .. FRAUD .. DO NOT USE!!!

I have been scammed out of £98 .My original order was for 3 pens plus 3 free which should according to the website be £8.99 per pen. I filled in my payment details but the next page offered a spray at £13.99 which I did not ant or the option to pay the full amount I didn't select either so assumed the order had not been completed as I didn't confirm anything.I then checked my credit card statement to see a payment of £98 for 2 lots of pens Have been trying all day since placing the order which had not been shipped to cancel.A girl called Mia did get back to me and I asked to cancel the order.I then got an email to say my order had been shipped.Will now be reporting this as a scam and fraud to my bank

Two credit card declined the transaction, that should've given me an idea how bad this co. is. They sent to my Apple card eight requests for payment, all denied. During check out a second 6 pen was added which I did not see nor approve. Will be cancelling the transaction with Apple Card and already sent this company email requesting cancellation

I have to say that the orivelle pen is amazing my husband has had fungal toes for 4-5 years started on his big toe and spread to two others I had tried everything but nothing worked .we started using the orivelle pen one month ago and with filing the nail down and using this pen it has actually worked it will be another couple of weeks before it's all gone but I can't praise it enough well done orivelle pen

As I have read from other reviews they have added on an extra payment which was not ordered! They do not show the total amount until you press the payment button.
I will cancel payment through the credit card company. Remember always use a CREDIT CARD when buying online!!!! They should stop companies like this one from advertising online!

This company is a criminal enterprise. They trap you into ordering extra items and will not let you go back to cancel. They play tricks when you visit the website. STAY AWAY from their website. They got my credit card somehow and charged it without consent. they are crooks of highest order.

Well at last we have got our money back through the .bank
This company are so sneaky adding things when you didn't even ask for them .
After 40 plus emails .
We have finally got the money in our bank x

£53.94 TAKEN SHORTLY FOLLOWED BY £41.94 WHEN I ONLY ORDERED 2 PENS AT £11.99!! BANK PHONED TO ALERT ME WAS A SCAM AND HAD ALSO BEEN SIGNED UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I never authorized them to take my money just clicked on the advertisement (not sure why I even did), they took my money and are refusing to refund it. One person at their company says it’s been canceled and that I will get my money they other’s say since I opened a dispute they won’t help me with anything including a return if they do send these products that I never authorized to be sent in the first place. Complete scam!

Dreadful customer service! If the pen doesn’t work for you you can say goodbye to your money. V annoying company!

DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU ARE READY TO CONTINUE TO PAY FOR UNAUTHORIZED UNEXPECTED CHARGES. I placed an order and was sent 2x the amount I wanted. Even when I tried to cancel the order I was told it was too late. THEN, I immediately MADE SURE THERE WAS NO SUBSCRIPTION; however, 3 months later another charge. WITHIN the hour of being notified of an order I did not place, I communicated with them that it was an unauthorized order as they had confirmed there was no subscription open and the order should not have been placed, except that the next thing I know I am being told it was too late to cancel the order and that I must just pay. I DIDN'T EVEN PLACE THE ORDER. - If you want to try this, do not order from them. Find a third-party seller like Amazon. It will be cheaper in the long run.

If I could do zero stars I would this is such bull**** they refunded the second package they still billed me for the third and it's in rout that's a ripp off and this place should be flagged

They gave me a £200 credit to use after my first purchase. I applied the credit to my purchase which was a little over £200. When I processed the order they charged my credit card in full. When I raised this with them they refused to pay the money back even though they admitted the error.

THIS IS A SCAM SITE DO NOT USE. Why are they even still operating!!

Upscaled my order without my permission. Got intouch with company within half an hour once I noticed this had happened. Got an email stating this could be sorted & extra charge would not be taken. I now have had another email saying this will now not happen as order sent out, sure I will be happy with product once I have used it & keep extra pens. Have said if I don't want them to get back in touch. Seems as though this is one big con. Would not trust this company.
