No customer service : no telephone or address on their website, check for yourself. impossible to make a formal claim, it’s a scam.
My vacuum cleaner is not working anymore, it is supposedly still under warranty but no answer from their scam support email.

I ordered this vacuum and read other reviews. Exactly 9 minutes after I ordered it I wanted to cancel. Sent email to customer support, who acknowledged receipt of my email. 14 hours later I get an email saying item has shipped. several hours after that I get customer support’s response stating they cannot stop the order. While there were lots of emails telling me of the status of my return and I was refunded after sending back the unopened box, it cost 40$ and change and required some time and effort complying with their shipping and address requirements. I cannot see that it would ever be possible to speak with someone from this company. Read all the reviews not only their sponsored content.

Do NOT buy from this company! I purchased the V8 robot vacuum. It worked great for three weeks and then it stopped charging. I contacted support on their website to receive AI responses only and ZERO support. In fact they are using another image to provide me with common sense feedback that wasn’t even from the video or even has anything to do with my issue. They didn’t even look at the video I sent that they requested which continues delaying support especially since they take the FULL 5 business days to respond with no help.

Even though I contacted them to cancel the order within an hour from placing the order the item was still shipped and delivered. I had to pay for the shipment to return it, once it was returned I got the money back right away.

Bought an electric shaver. It stopped charging after two weeks. Contacted customer service. They wanted pictures and a video of the unit. No replacement. They stated it was escalated to their technical dept for review. Still nothing. It’s now been several weeks and still nothing. I’m destroying the product. Waste of money

Oryzom had an article on line that was supposed to be an analysis of the top electric razors and of course theirs was regarded as number one. I bought one for $69.99 . It arrived soon and I attempted to use it and it not only didn’t shave but made scratch marks on my face. I attempted to clean it and it fell into pieces and was not usable. I could not find a phone number or any way to contact customer service. From reading many customer complaints it appears they make it difficult if not impossible. I bought a Norelco for $60.00 and it works like a charm. Advise everyone to avoid this foreign company. Save your money.

The worst customer service I have ever received. After owning the v1 ultra for 14 days a plastic clip that holds one of the attachments to the vacccum cleaner broke (two flimsy tabs) I raised my complaint straight away to expect a replacement part which would be less than a pound to produce or to return the whole thing for a full refund. I was told “we don’t make that part and our technical team have figured out that you must have used unreasonable force and no replacement part or refund but you can have a 10% refund as a gesture of good will”. No 10% refund doesn’t repair the vacuum cleaner nor does it give me my money back for a product I can not use fully after 2 weeks of use. I have still not heard a thing back from them. Please avoid at all costs. I hate companies that would rather take your money and run than build a good customer relationship

Returned my Robot Vac. As per post service tracking it was delivered to Oryzom three weeks ago. No refund yet paid. Sent email to support(at)oryzom.de but no answer even after follow up. Now postmaster says that the adress is not in use.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
They created a best product list and put their product at the top over reputable brands.
The product was a vacuum cleaner and was not as described. Looked the same as the pictures. Very cheap flimsy plastic build. Very low quality motor with very low suction. Very poor battery quality.
The company is set up to run you in circles until you give up trying to get refunds or repairs.

When we had a problem with the unit, the solution was quick and accurate. There was no hassle.

I had questions about adapters, of which you need to take of yourself, but I got andwered that I may use the adapters that I have already with my smartphone, so also 5.0 V and 2.0 A universel adapters may be used.
So problem nicely resolved by mail.

Delivery very fast; all pieces very carefully and clean packed; vacuum cleaner is working very well.
One of the ordered battery in plus was not loading very well. My problem was taken very seriously and I got a helpfull support.
The replacement finally came very fast as well.
I am really very happy. This supplier is good working and I can recommend it further

I ordered their product based upon a post fraudulently identified as being from Consumer Reports. When the product arrived, it wasn’t what I ordered. It was manufactured by a different company entirely.

The product is good, it deserves 5 stars.
I have to deduct one star for the long and difficult delivery.

My mopping function has never worked . V8 pro. Tried customer support with no response. Tried every troubleshooting method, nothing works. Bummed . order # us64608. Consumer Report recommended this product

The product and the customer service are both fantastic! Frustrated by the inconsistent and annoying performance of my Braun electric toothbrush, I went to Consumer Reports (August 2026) for their highest rated electric toothbrush and discovered Oryzom ProSonic V1 with a rating of 9.9/10.0. I immediately ordered one - or so I thought. I had completely messed up my order, panicked, then contacted customer support. Their response was immediate, friendly, and calming. Sheila was amazing! My order was promptly corrected and I received my ProSonic V1 without delay. This toothbrush really is fantastic. No annoying spinning head. No online troubleshooting. It has 5 "sonic" (no clue what that means, but it feels awesome) modes with 5 intensity levels (25 total options) and a display for each one with post-brushing ratings. It even has a battery level display; however, I'm still on the original charge. My teeth and gums feel so much better after every use. It's quiet and easy to hold. Two thumbs up - worth every penny!

My cleaner was down and Oryzom sent me a new battery under 10 days.

Ordered and received Cordless vacuum V1 Ultra Next-Gen 120,000 RPM Motor HEPA Vacuum cleaner. CC charged on 12/23/25 in the amount of $279.98. Vacuum cleaner stopped charging last week. Put back on charger to see if maybe was not connected. Tried again this morning Still not working? Need a replacement as soon as possible. Diane Kidd CC#4973. Please response as quickly as possible. Much appreciated
