The customer service was incredibly fast, and helped process my request the same day.

The guys were kind and helpful, and the gutters are nearly perfect. One off the downspouts needs to be trimmed to fit the connection to the water collection pipe , but that's the only thing I saw.

I ordered 4 pairs of tights and one was defective. Sheertex sent me a new pair once I sent the photos in of the bad ones. Thanks so much- these are the only tights I like to wear now!

I really liked the hosiery I got last fall, so I bought 4 more pair this month. One of them must have just been defective, because the seam just came apart. I have had good luck with these tights not getting holes, and the snags do kind of self-repair, but it's a drag that 1/4 of my order is unusable. I contacted the company, but have yet to hear back about replacing this pair.

Overtone is incredible, and my hair looks great and smells wonderful!

Overtone color is the PERFECT answer to maintaining my lavender colored hair. I use it weekly, on dry hair, and let it sit with a shower cap for 30 minutes. It refreshes my color and takes care of my bright white roots. In the shower, I don't use shampoo, which works for me with my short (bob) cut. I have recommended Overtone to several of my friends- oh and it smells great too!
