Absolutely fantastic, quick delivery and well packaged.

My order was actually placed in store by a member of staff at the York shop. The service from her (Ebony) was truly exceptional. She was friendly, polite and suffice to say I went into the shop to buy one top and came out with 4! All down to Ebony!

I shopped in Chichester, the young lady was happy and very helpful, great shopping experience😁

The Oliver Bonas side of things was absolutely fine but you have used Evri who are awful, delivery was made to a business address long after close of business, parcel was left outside all night, luckily it was still there in the morning and it didn't rain. I would give 5 stars but can't do that while you are using this courier.

I’m still waiting for my delivery that Evri say they have delivered yesterday. Their proof of delivery is a completely black photo.

Yet again, Evri disappoint. Would never use them by choice.

First contact was Andrew in Customer Servies. Very good and efficient and understood my predicament. Good service continued after that too.

The order process with Oliver Bonas went smoothly and efficiently but the delivery by Evri was not satisfactory. The delivery person rang the bell but disappeared immediately and left the parcel on the floor of the outside porch of the block of flats where I live. Goods have disappeared from the porch before and it is not a safe place to leave parcels.

Delivery on time packaged really well. Earrings are gorgeous.

Oliver Bonas has to be one of my favourite shops! I love the clothes and jewellery - often quirky and unusual, always good quality. The dress I bought in the sale was exceptional value and the whole process of ordering and collection was great.
