Amazing company, and so important to buy re-used than new for the planet. I did have to wait a while for tracking details, but the customer service was responsive, and the details when they came were very detailed, and the chair was delivered on time.

Driver good but ETA given by website was very off, giving a 1 minute arrival time for 45mins, and truck was in north London, not is Sussex

I received my office chair yesterday - within the announced time slot of one hour (yes, you read that right, no need to chain yourself to the front door for a full week), and already I feel like fortune 500 CEO material.

The chair is in great condition, feels like it’s brand new. Super comfy and provides amazing support for a full day at the desk. The Steelcase V1 definitely lives up to the hype! I also want to give a massive shoutout to the delivery driver, Phil he was super friendly, professional, and did a great job getting everything sorted smoothly. An easy 5-star experience all around!

Delivered to my door (I live on first floor of a flat with no lift) which was much appreciated - thanks to Phil the driver.

They are Cool. They did fulfil the order and they did so without issues. They did respond to my inquiries while awaiting the arrival of the order and that was helpful

Chris was so helpful with putting together the order and matching our company colours to the fabrics. He gave us a tour of the factory floor to showcase how the product is remade which was very interesting. At all stages he has been friendly, professional and informative.

When it came to delivery, the team arrived three hours early, they were again professional and friendly. The team put the furniture together relatively quickly. They then laid it out as per my design plan.

Quality, well after visiting the workshop I was sure that it would be of a good quality. However, when it has arrived I am even more pleased with it that I thought I would be.

Not one person in our team has suggested that this furniture is not new.

We are currently working with the team to put together our next order for meeting rooms.

If your budget doesn’t stretch to new but you don’t want it to look secondhand I would definitely recommend Crown Workspace they have done a phenomenal job. Very happy

I received the chair quicker than I expected. The chair was like new with everything working as it should.

So patient, well mannered and accommodating. I cannot speak highly enough of them, delivered some sofas to our youth club and went above and beyond. Definitely recommend
