I've kept all the info and personal email chats.
Ok so i missed a payment for Sept-Oct 23.
Checked and a payment isn't going out on a Saturday but the Monday.
So 30th instead of 28th. Sure a lot of banks do that.

Ombudsman and see what Compensation a Severly Disabled person gets with you lying.

Octopus rates are excellent and the service is always friendly. The website is also easy to navigate. Participating this summer in the Octopus eco campaign has also been fun, and I even earned cash on three occasions! Octopus is now trying to raise money for those affected by the current wildfires devastating parts of France and has made an appeal to subscribers to make donations, inviting them to give their campaign "earnings" in whole or in part to this cause. I think this initiative is brilliant and I am sure many people, like me, are more than happy to donate their so-called earnings.
