This company is a scam and will steal everything you purchase on their site. I have purchased quite a bit of content on their site. Recently a creator for this company and I were discussing on certain content to be made and sent. The creator agreed to make and send content including what was discussed. However upon purchase I noticed IT DID NOT include what was discussed prior to the purchase. I immediately contacted the creator regarding this, and the creator agreed to fix and send it the following day. However failed to do so, I then contacted customer support regarding this issue. However they failed to issue the correct content or a refund, so I contacted my bank to explain to them that I was lied to and misled and did not receive what I paid for. They issued a refund but onlyfans then locked my account, stealing all the content that I purchased previously in the last few years. So now all the money I spent on this site was stolen from me and no longer available for me to use or review. The company will not give me the content I already purchased or unlock my account, even though I have proof and screen shots proving that what was sent was not what we agreed upon.

Some creators on Onlyfans will lie about the content they want to sell you. Onlyfans seem to back there creators because I showed them proof. I ask what's on it first and when they tell me what it is and I think it's worth buying I will purchase. After purchasing the content is never been what the creator said it was. They just want there money

I have been an OnlyFans user for over 10 years: always of legal age, always paid with my personal card (therefore verified multiple times), never any violations. Yet the platform prevents me from deleting my account and my personal data.
I have been living in Argentina for months, but I can no longer access my account (which was registered in Europe). There is no law in Argentina that blocks OnlyFans (it is accessible in South America without these kinds of restrictions), but the platform forces me to do a n age verification for delete my data – something I absolutely refuse to do. If I don’t verify, I can only “log out”. This is ridiculous: I am not free to delete my data from their servers, violating my right to erasure (right to erasure, Art. 17 GDPR). I have tried contacting support: responses was evasive and useless like "Need age verification for access your account" ignoring the scope of my request.
The age verification is a complete joke: it just forces you to upload ID and selfies to third-party companies (not OnlyFans itself), which claim “we don’t store data” but expose you to huge risks. There have been multiple leaks in the past: ex-employees keeping access to passports and financial data even after leaving the company (2021), breaches of content and sensitive info (documented cases 2020–2023), and well-known risks with verification providers like Yoti or similar (extended tracking, potential breaches). Trusting anonymous third parties with my documents? No thanks, especially after years of being customer.
OnlyFans treats paying, long-term, verified customers like me worse than a suspect: I cannot close the account without exposing myself further, my data stays there indefinitely, and support is non-existent. This is not a serious service, it’s a constant privacy risk.

What ever you do ,please do not subscribe to any of these fraudulent Onlyfans creators. They are all complete low-life scammers,thieves ,charlatans, scumbags ,swindlers ,and crooks who sell absolutely subpar content and then suddenly ghosts you for no valid reason . I am just striving to warn anyone about not doing any business with these con artists ! Onlyfans needs to do better and pay attention to the concerns and complaints or their customers instead of engaging in corrupt and shady business practices. It's no wonder why Onlyfans is so poorly reviewed !

She's a creator whose content is based on thousands of posts with offers and misleading titles and descriptions. A couple of weeks ago, she tricked me with some videos that I thought were a mistake, so I didn't think much of it. Yesterday, she did it again.

We reached an agreement for certain videos at a price where the only thing that was fulfilled was my payment. When I asked her a couple of times if the agreement seemed okay to her, she said yes both times, thus closing the deal. Once I realized she had scammed me, she stopped answering me for a day. Today, when I spoke to her, the only thing she offered was that if I wanted the videos, I would have to pay again.

Obviously, I haven't paid her. I told her she had to fulfill her part of the agreement, and that if she did, there wouldn't be any problems and I would continue to enjoy her content. That hasn't been the case; she hasn't responded to me since. When I told her I would take legal action, she replied with a laughing emoji.

Just so you know, I've sent a formal letter to OnlyFans and I'm going to talk to a friend of mine so that no one else falls victim to her scam.

Terrible at replying to emails and their service of the tube side is we don't reply - That is terrible and only videos of stars with plenty of fans actually get to publish videos. This is a disgusting attitude to have.

The 'creators' are not individuals but agencies run by centers in India.

They take 3 seconds before trying to flog you something and they expect money with no picture, no video, and no duration listed (hence why they're always trying bundles because they know it doesn't list duration).

Don't agree to any of their t&c's as they're not real or legal.

In an effort to discredit what I've said, OnlyFans is trying to force me to provide my personal contact information via Trustpilot DMs. My Trustpilot account is ID verified. Enough! There is no reason to do this. I feel extremely uneasy with OF knowing my real name and e-mail due to the nature of their new ownership, new "ONLY" one thing branding, and a bad feeling that they will mishandle my contact info/name to try to cancel me for speaking out. Men and women who try to earn a bit of money on here without posting adult content are offered:
- seedy under the table adult work as "acting" or other jobs in your work e-mail and socials
- NDA required agreements to be "in talks" to "perform work in Dubai" from UAE based offices; gee, what work in Dubai do you need a man or woman to fly in from halfway around the world for when you have chefs, artists, or other professionals in your area?
- "offers" for nude modelling when you do zero sexual activity
- "offers" for pornography and being old rich people's paid lovers sent off OF; men get it too; I'm not a pool boy/lady here
- an instant drop from OnlyFans' team when you're not selling nudes or feet photos under the rug on their platform and really are a personality and/or celeb using it for what you claim to do; they will ghost you after being friendly because they expect you to do an Iggy Azalea of "posting for fans" with more than your rap music or your day job (Iggy openly admits to participating in sexual toned texts and voice memos, some actresses sell feet images; Denise Richards and daughter are obviously not acting on there). OnlyFans won't do further promo/business with you. Because nope, they're after one thing. The fading celebs they work with routinely are all in on that one thing.
