Don't buy anything from onyx cookware! They're cookware is really bad. We changed all our pans a few years ago got 8 in total. After a few weeks of use the first one started to delaminate. Contacted onyx and they sent me a new one after asking for alot of pictures and explanation of how we used the pan. I got a new pan and an email saying that it was a factory error. One year after all 8 of my pans including the new one are delaminating. Black strings of plastic is dropping in the food, I can pull strings of black plastic 1-2 cm long of the pans. Contacted them again and never received any email back. You can read on reddit that this is a common issue with the pans. We ended up throwing the pans in the dumpster. I wouldn't be surprised if we all have eaten a few of these strings before we realized that they were falling apart. I wouldn't server food cooked in these pans too anything living. Can't be safe

I love this ricecooker!
Its the first one that doesnt burn my rice, it has easy functions, looks nice, is easy to clean and doesnt smell and taste like burnt plastic. For its pricerange it certainly delivers.
10/10, I reccommend.

I bought a full cookware set from Onyx and had very high expectations based on the many positive reviews and videos.

After using the set, I’m unfortunately not as impressed as I hoped. Food tends to stick unless you keep moving it around, which makes cooking less effortless than advertised. Cleaning is also harder than expected, especially the outside of the pans.

Considering the premium price, I expected a better overall experience. I really enjoy cooking and genuinely hoped this would become my favorite set.

All is good, I have use this brand for some cooking wear on my kitchen, but why i give 4 stars is because is needed one day to get answers from customers service, there is no call center, only email and chat that,

So pleased with my onyx airfrier. Every one should have one. I have given two to my daughters

Great hype. Low quality

I ordered the 5L air fryer after reading online that it was in the top 5 on the market and I am not disappointed! It works fantastic! In the original shipment they missed several items, however with the help of there service team I received everything within 2 days, even with a bonus item for my troubles! They have a few hiccups to work out on their website, however with such a great service team I still give them 5 stars! I will definitely order from them again!

More than half a month has already passed since I placed my order, which for some reason was sent to a collection point an hour away from my home. A week has gone by since I contacted the store’s customer support—without any response. The high level of unprofessionalism and disregard for the customer leads me to rate this company with just one star.
ONYXCOOKWARE, give me back my money.

Bought two frying pans with detachable handle. What a disappointment! Everything sticks- had a few ruined dinners already. One of the pans got discoloured on both sides. Waste of money!

Good pans. I haven’t had them for long but I am happy for them so far.

Good nice product

I bought a frying pan and wok about a year and half ago.
Recently, I wanted to use the frying pan. Before I started to use the pan, I cleaned it. And I noticed, there are black oil on the surface even I cleaned it few times.
I contacted with ONYX cookware customer service.
They replied very fast and assisted to exchange a new frying pan.
Even though I bought the pan more than 1 year ago, they still replace a new pan for me.
I am very impressed with their good customer service.
