I have heard a lot of good things about jk Distro and I finally decided to place a order I placed it on the 20th and get a email with tracking and time of arrival which said expected by 24th come the 24th they emailed me about being out of stock of what I wanted I said change it for a different strain and I would also like to be refunded for the $15 fast shipping bc I have to wait longer now they gave me the $15 refund and said they will send my order over to be processed it’s now the 26th. I have not heard anything from them. And when I checked the tracking, it hasn’t moved at all hasn’t changed and it has still said label created which they created the label on the 20th.I emailed them about a estimated time since they had a mess up, but I’m also very disappointed in the fact that the day that it was supposed to be delivered was the day that they were emailing me about being out of stock.

I loved them, I told everyone about them. The prices were awesome, it came in the mail to my door (never thought I would live to see that) so cool.. with in 5 days, always would send a sample of something with a sticker and key chain. I miss getting to order my smorgasbord of 7g for $9....

I placed a order thru jk distro on May 2, 2026 I still haven't received my order or a refund. Can't get a hold of noone.

I have used JK Distro a few times, always good fresh product so far. Keep it up, also they always send me a sample with my order of another strain so very good supplier overall for me. JK Distro always seems to have great product

Fired all their employees and owes them weeks of pay and didn’t ship out many thousands of dollars of orders and no refunds, no response. Don’t order.

I’m just wondering the people that got ripped off. Are they gonna refund that money or give credit

I ordered may 6th and still haven't got my order or tracking number or my money back terrible site shop with kind💯💯

Just wanted to heads-up the community since I noticed JK Distro's storefront is officially back online and taking new payments.Be extremely careful before ordering. They abruptly locked their site up back in May, and my outstanding order from early May is completely unfulfilled. I've tried reaching out through every single avenue—phone, email, and live chat—and have been entirely ghosted.They are keeping funds from when they froze operations, and now they are actively pocketing cash from new buyers without delivering. Don't fall for the active site. Avoid them.

As everyone else has said, the owner of JKDistro is clearly trying to get away with an exit scam. Like many others, I placed an order on May 3rd and it never was fulfilled. I had to file a chargeback with my bank and I'm STILL waiting on my bank as of June 20th to finish sorting it out and give me my money back. Now the company claims to have returned under "new management" but they still don't seem to be interested one bit in actually making things right for all the customers and employees they ripped off. I'm actually surprised they had the utter audacity and hubris to even try to make a comeback after all this. Just trashy and despicable. Not to mention all the credit card info that was stolen from customers!!! If you value your money and time don't give these clowns a cent. There are so many great vendors out there.

shut down overnight. no one can get there product or money back. many cards that were used are compromised. if you have used a card with them in the last four years cancel it and get a new one. multiple friends have used there cards there and only for it and they were all compromised.

Been ordering wholesale for years now and have nothing but good to say. Until now I placed my order for $1881.86 like always did a direct wire from my bank to the Wells Fargo bank they use like always. Now I find out they went silent fired all the employees without pay. I can't contact anyone at jk no emails no calls. So what I've come to understand is after the shut down they still took an order took the money and now I'm out $1200. I have no idea where to go from here.

Jkdistro is not taking orders because they must have caught up using people’s credit or debit cards.
If you are waiting on a order , you may as well forget it

Still haven't made good on a order that I paid for.over 1 month ago. Don't grt any reply from customer service.

Place has great products.
Not accepting new orders. Take he phuckin site down. It's been almost 2 months an still nothing.
There not catching up on back orders. They were raided.
Why leave a site up if no one can purchase.

I used my credit card with this company numerous times in the last few months. Plus I only use my card with california based vendors and now I'm all of a sudden getting fraudulent charges for San Diego zoo for almost $1000 and other california based retailers. I live halfway across the country and live nowhere near california. Our information was either sold or the owner is trying to pull off and exit scheme. This isn't going to end well for them because we know who's behind this. Products were trash anyways so I'm not surprised this happened one bit.

This company until 1ofthe owners decided to dip out on his employees and customers without a care was a good company... he's a disgrace and I hope and pray he gets jail time for this... and to the employees I hope everything works out for you all, bc I hate this happened... I will take my business elsewhere... I've nvr heard of an owner doing this to his employees...

Company is out of business.
If you’re waiting for an order then forget about it. It will never come.
You need to go to your credit card company and file a claim against them for non-delivery of merchandise.
Simple…

Do not place any orders. They are out of business. Have had people's money tied up. Orders say still processing. But they are not. Try disputing through you bank.
