Purchased 1 of the pictures for my daughter not knowing u had to buy the hanger separately to be honest it should come with it and up the individual if they want it on it I contacted the company through watsapp and got to say there service isn't great sent 1 message and not herd anything else I thought using watsapp ud get to speak to somone really not happy with the service

Sorry that it wasn't clear enough on the product page and the response on whatsapp didnt come soon enough for you.
The option to add wall fixings to your print is just below where you select the size and finish of your print and the reason we do this is a lot of customers like to put their prints in frames.
If you drop us an email i would happily on this occasion as a gesture of good will send you out a hanger.
