I strongly recommend this company for any custom-made engagement or wedding ring. I purchased my wife-to-be’s engagement and wedding band through Jewel Nests and they exceeded all expectations! Incredible communication and transparency from beginning to end of the process I was never left feeling confused about anything. On top of that, her ring was created from scratch from invoice to casting to doorstep in under 4 weeks. When I used them, they paid both times for complimentary priority shipping and the ring was at my door in under 12 hours. When the ring came in, I was amazed by the quality of the ring and packaging they shipped the ring in.

Please don’t waste your money going to a flagship jeweller like Raffi or People’s. They truly won’t give the same level of attention and care as Jewel Nests and will rob you blind compared to the price that Jewel Nests charges. Her rings ended up coming in at half the price of the rings off the shelf at Raffi—AND we got to customize both rings to our liking.

We had a custom three-stone platinum engagement ring made here and the experience was excellent from start to finish.

They’re located right outside the TMU TTC station, which made visits easy. We communicated entirely by email and responses were consistently fast, sometimes even late at night.

There was zero sales pressure. They listened carefully to what we wanted and gave thoughtful guidance, explaining platinum versus gold, different setting structures, and why certain options made more sense. My partner has eczema, and they proactively recommended platinum to avoid potential skin reactions, which we really appreciated.

I sourced the center stone myself and they were completely open to working with it. Pricing was extremely competitive compared to other quotes we received. The ring also came with a professional appraisal included, and the appraisal value exceeded what we paid.

Their 3D model was detailed and accurate, making it easy to visualize the final design. Turnaround time was quick, even during the holidays. When a small issue came up with the prong style, they addressed it immediately and coordinated a fix without hesitation.

The final piece is beautifully finished and they even provided multiple ring boxes.

Engraving done beautifully, even though after resizing (to one size smaller) it got smudged. They polished the ring and redid its engraving, free of charge.
