Great Customer Service
Had assigned the Jetpac to a nonexistent email address. Chat with customer service via Whatsapp. Response was instant and they were ae to resolve my issue right way. Tjey jad me install the Jetpacapp so tjey can reassign the eSIM correctly.
They have very good customer service. Will use their service again and will recommendd to friends.

Jetpac Connection Issue Resolved!
Jetpac was easy to buy and install when I was in the U.S., then all I had to do when I was on the plane just before landing in Taiwan was turn off my primary SIM and turn on the Jetpac eSIM and it (eventually) worked when the plane landed. Though I turn Cellular Data "on" for Jetpac eSIM, I did not scroll to the bottom of the screen to switch on "Data Roaming". But the Troubleshooting on Jetpac for no connection was easy to follow and I was able to resolve the issue quickly. Then when I left the airport, I found the data connection kept dropping. I spent one hour gong through all the tips Jetpac provided and I still could not get it to work. So I went to a coffee shop with an internet connection and submitted a request to Jetpac Support via WhatsApp. They replied within a few minutes. Pau asked me to send a screenshot of my SIMs showing on my iPhone, told me what to do and I was able to resolve my connection within minutes. The problem wasn't Jetpac but iPhone. I've travelled before and the names of prior eSims on my iPhone were still showing up "Travel-Webbing", "Travel-Connect" and instead of creating a new eSIM name, iPhone simply assigned Jetpac to one of those names. So, it was confusing what the issue was that was causing the dropped connection. Bottom line: Jetpac Support was knowledgeable and quick to resolve my connection issue. It's only Day 2, but my data is working in Taiwan and Jetpac Customer Service helped me resovle my connection issue.

Great Customer Support When I Had A Problem
I have bought a Jetpac esim for a vacation once before and downloaded it and used it without any difficulty. I have just bought another package to use on a forthcoming holiday, and this time ran into a problem.
I tried to install and activate the esim automatically [the recommended way], but received a failure message, something about the code not being valid.
As an esim novice I did not know what to do, so I sent a 'please help me' message to Jetpac. This triggered an automatic acknowledgement stating that someone would respond within 24 hours. And sure enough, a few hours later I received a very clear message telling me what to do, and offering further help if I still had problems. The suggested solution worked without difficulty so I did not need any additional help.
One of the real tests of an online company like Jetpac is how they respond if you need help. Jetpac did not disappoint. Good, clear and prompt support.
