Doesn't allow negative reviews, not to be trusted

A very untrustworthy site. It’s not even in close range for you as a patient to be objective. I cannot, by any means, take this site seriously. Surpass this Jameda site.

Jameda refused to publish my honest experience with a medical treatment because their guidelines prohibit mentioning treatment outcomes and complications, even though my account was factual and not defamatory. They asked me to change my review to remove key details about what happened and how I was affected. This policy makes it difficult to share useful information for other patients. It does not make sense to only allow good reviews of a doctor.

Obiviosly mane reviews on Jameda are fake. It cannot be that "all doctors" have 5*?! It must be at least someone that was not 100% happy. I am saying this because (now for the 3rd time) my review of dentist was rejected from Jameda with comment: "We have checked with dentist and your claims are not justified" ;-) Although I provided all necessary documentation. So, I gave up...

You can not trust in that Company. All reviews was only done for the Medical Alliance not for the patients.

Jameda makes it really easy to find doctors, book appointments, and get reminders. The platform is clear, fast, and user-friendly.
I’ve used it several times now and everything has gone smoothly.

Jameda removes bad reviews for their paying members. I have written a critical review about a chiropractic visit in Munich, first they have removed it, then I have complained, they asked for proof. I have sent the bill, and the screenshot of my whatsapp communication I had with the chiropractic, which was the proof of everything I wrote in my review. Then they kind of kept the review, which was only visible to my account, while they were hiding it from the public (not visible on my bf’s phone :-)) and then a few months later they have completely removed it, saying they were not convinced it was real. This chiropractic had 5 stars at their platform, no wonder why. I went there for false promise and hope, just to have a very bad experience. I think such platforms should not be legal in Germany. Because if a doctor is not a member of Jameda, you can write bad reviews about her/him. But if they are members, it is not possible to share your candid experience. Not only they mislead the public, but also they create bias and unfair leading of the clients, causing disadvantage to the honest doctors. It is such a shame.

I tried for appointments in many websites but I didnt receive any. In Jameda, I got an appointment in the earliest possible day.

I made honest review about doctor Jan Bek (in office Dr. med. Bek, Dr. med. Lozo & Kollegen -Friedrichstrasse) )in Berlin He was extremely unprofessional with no empathy and care. In response to my review the doctor managed to write a bullying response in public asking me me to remove my review which was enough to show how he was. I checked reviews about him online after my visit. There were many negative reviews in the web, Jameda and google about this doctor. Many patients were dissatisfied and the average of many reviews were 2.5. Jameda has removed all the bad reviews about this doctor as I am checking now and strangely he appears as five-star (definitely a fake review, knowing what my experience was and what I read in the web by many reviewers in google). All Google reviews about this doctor have disappeared completely and now and this doctor appears with fake five star on Jameda. This is unbelievable what doctors are capable of. Please be aware doctors that are really good appear in google reviews as five star by many. Maybe he asked google to remove all the reviews about him.

Based on my experience, this website is not publishing the negative reviews, constraining the freedom of speech and the ability of patients to make an informed decision. Their ''quality assurance'' is absolutely a joke and they encourage horrendous behavior for their doctors in the platform. If you check the doctors reviews on all the other platforms, you can see how low their score is compared to Jameda. I had a review rejected after multiple explentation becouse ''I couldn't prove that I have been a patient'' although I have submited the medical documents and the doctor confirmed that I was there.

Very poor and laying site , fake information, real information didn't accept for no reason but fake information accepting

Wrote a negative, honest review of the dentist praxis in Munich, Yurii Meiler. Regrettably, my review was not published since every time Jameda was giving an excuse not do so. It's obvious all the positive reviews in Jameda are far from the reality and don't reflect the true picture. Don't advise to rely on any of their ratings as they are all dishonest.

I wrote that a dentist wanted 2000 Euro for something that normally was 20 Euro if not free. He did such a bad job, I immediately in addition had to reverse it. The dentist simply lied and said I had 4 teeth treated by another dentist with his name in another city. Obviously makes zero sense. Jameda did not publish my report. The dentists behaved EXTREMELY rude on the phone in addition. He only has... 5 star reviews. Wonder why? He takes lawyers to remove the others.

Six operations on the spine - in the States and in Germany. Alas, the pain did not go away. Until I fell under Professor Hertlein's knife. Now I'm almost healthy. Almost, because the remnants of pain are still with me. But never in the last twenty years have I felt so good. Thank you, Professor Hertlein! Thank you for the golden hands, and may God bless you!

I had a botched nose surgery and now look worse than Michael Jackson and can’t breathe. I wrote a bad review for the surgeon Jeannette Jungk and they removed my review. They are dangerous and obviously favour doctors.
