Really pretty products as expected. Quality is acceptable, although the fabric could be more thick to give higher quality feel of luxury.
Pricing a bit too high though and wider (3m >) basic measurements for the curtains would be wonderful.

I have now (foolishly) made two purchases - don’t make my mistake
I have now (foolishly) made two purchases with Jotex and each has been highly unsatisfactory. Latest I ordered curtains. One extra wide and one 2-pack. The 2-pack however only contained 1 curtain, not 2. I checked the plastic bag it arrived in that clearly stated “2-pack”. On top of that the curtains were all bought as 3m long but one was 15 cm longer than the other.
Lastly for the curtains, the hems had been pulled and therefore the curtains look wonky when hanging and the linen fabric is such low quality, I have never seen such bad linen before. It’s full of slubs and loose hanging threads and other colored fibers woven into the fabric.
I emailed the Jotex about the 2-pack that showed up as a single curtain and all I received back was an automated mail about how to make a return. No apology or intent to make up for the mistake. I think that’s lousy customer service.
The first items a bought was two wall hanging lamps for next to my bed. The “head” of the lamp can be turned for adjusting reading light - however they only turn in one direction. Which means it only works on one side of the bed. And when installing the lamps, I realized they are so badly made they cannot sit flush to the wall because the measurements of the parts are off.
Is it not fishy, that I received these unsatisfactory items, but yet I can’t post a review of the items on the website? There are other reviews on there, so why can’t I add one?

Delivered costs and return costs are 7€ each. Insane. I have never heard of such high costs

Unfortunately I've been waiting over 7 weeks to receive my package despite the initial delivery time being 1-2 weeks. Customer service has not been helpful at all giving vague answers and incorrect information. Disappointing

Very bad quality, not corresponding to the images shown
The carpet I received was truly scary-looking. Definitely not as expected from the images shown online. Now I have to pay for the return costs, which would make me more reluctant to make any new purchases here.

Fast delivery
Fast delivery, which I appreciated. However, the delivery company did not bring the very heavy table up to my apartment, despite the high delivery fee, so I had to arrange extra help myself. Also, most items had small scratches. I like the products overall, but the delivery service and quality control need improvement.
