Ordering process is very easy. Delivery dispatch is always within their timescale that is clearly shown. Packaging ensures the products cannot be either tampered with or broken whilst in transit.

Very easy to order. The more of the item you purchase the more cost effective it is in the long run. Really good tracking system and delivery method with good packaging.
I will now use this platform as my IVG preferred vape refill site.

Happy customer, again.
What a great company to deal with, love the prices and the service. Trying to stock up a bit before the government rapes our wallets from the 1st of October and IVG is the place to do that. I probably pester custermer service more then I should but they put up with me politely and efficiently, thanks guys. I'll be back soon and this time i'll try not to bother you so much now im recuperating. Could not recommend IVG more if i tried. Pip pip.

My items did not arrive one week later
My items did not arrive one week later, although they were to be sent next day delivery.
I have had no reply to my emails requesting an update.
The tracking service stopped after one entry saying - The Sender has despatched the item.
Their online chat/ help always says we are away just now.
A very frustrating situation.

Item never arrived
Item never arrived, dpd driver failed 1st attempt by skipping delivery and came back next day whilst I was away. And didnt attempt to leave in safe place. Item returned to ivg
