Deposited £1500 in a week

Deposited £1500 in a week. Won a small profit. They then locked my account without warning. I've since been trying to withdraw my funds. They keep saying they don't have access to do this and an appropriate team will contact me by email. It's now been 2 weeks and I don't have access to any of my funds that I've been told will be withdrawn. Communication is shocking. Since they replied, they continue to say the case is being looked into with no further correspondence or ownership. Would strongly recommend staying away as they have made no attempts to give me my funds.

100% scam site

100% scam site, had no contact off them since randomly closing the account although I’ve been attempting to access the funds within that account, and am juts being ignored.

STAY AWAY from this scam site

Disgusting treatment of winning customers.

Disgusting treatment of winning customers.

I won over £6k from a £1500 deposit. Great! (But getting the money was difficult and they closed my account)

I was playing mainly casino games - baccarat and I think roulette mixed with some sports bets.

I was restricted to £1000 withdrawals at a time and they had to be manually approved. Took ages.

Then I got an email stating there was a safety risk on my account - asked to call me and provide a time.

I sent 4 different windows on 4 different days, not once did they even attempt to call me.

If you’re looking for a proper gambling provider this is not the one for you. They are clearly only interested in people who lose and can’t take it when people win!

Shameful and breaches all fairness criteria that the UKGC “apparently monitors”

Let’s face it - they don’t they just take their licensing fee and dissapear.

Support is also useless and robotic.

Overall. Nightmare of an experience despite winning!

Recieved an email saying following a risk based decision my account is now closed... must be the millions of pounds I have made of them haha.. not. You are a bookmaker people do win now and again you know. Anyway I'm off to spend the millions I have seemingly won 🤣

Stay clear! Just more red tape and politics

Remove all limits due to CCJ that I know nothing about then say if want it changed send utility bills, 3 months bank statements, pay slips and more. Don’t waste your time with a £300 spend limit. Worse than actually government

Placed a bet on a game that was unaware…

Placed a bet on a game that was unaware it had a weather delay, told by live chat that if they didn’t finish they would void my bet. Game didn’t finish and no further play and didn’t void my bet. Then was told the game played the full 90 minutes and accused me of lying. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
