Been waiting for a €97 refund for two months
Three months ago, I booked a flight through booking.com (they actually use gotogate for flights).
A few days before the flight (around two months ago), the flight was moved to a few hours later, so I couldn't use it.
I received an email telling me that I could decide to take the new flight, or ask for a refund.
I asked for a refund, which still has not arrived.
If I try to talk to the assistance, they say that it's because the airline won't send them the refund so they can't refund me.
I book through intermediaries because of the guarantees that the intermediaries represent, I paid booking/gotogate, so even if the airline doesn't refund them, they should be refunding me, otherwise it makes absolutely no sense to use them.
Shameful service.

"Unfortunately your flight reservation ZNY5MS has been cancelled, for technical reasons.
We will refund you the entire cost. The money will be refunded to the original form of payment. Your refund will reach your account in 3-5 working days".
Non potevano verificare prima? Mi hanno solo fatto perdere tempo. INAFFIDABILI!!!
