I was looking for a desktop CNC for some specific projects and came across the Goliat V2. As there wasn't much on the internet regarding this specific machine, I decided to contact IT-TECH as I was a novice regarding CNC machines and spoke to Tom, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and he guided me to the best machine for my needs and space availability.
I ended up with a 1320x660 Goliat V2 which was delivered on agreed time with clear instructions for assembly.
I cannot fault the support received up to now and feel at ease to know that help is only an email away. I am a very happy customer. Thanks Tom!

Being a complete newbie to CNC, I'd contacted IT-Tech about a simple spindle cable that was currently out of stock, but this led me to asking for some advise on the CNC I'd purchased locally. The free, no obligations, advice I was provided with for what I was wanting to do, resulted in Tom creating customised parts for my system to stiffen the frame and improve performance. Ultimately, whilst I could have gone to China to obtain some of these components cheaper, IT-Tech's pricing was reasonable and very fair, and you were getting parts that had been tried and tested. IT-Tech didn't push at all for a sale, but I felt obliged to give them the business. They didn't have to go out of their way to give me all the advise and recommendations, but they did, and that speaks volumes about a company that cares about their customers, and their business. I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. Truely above and beyond service.

The machine is very well constructed with good quality parts. Very sturdy and looks like it will last a long time. Good communication and customer service from Tom.

From the very first contact, i've been super impressed with Tom and his team at IT-TECH, from answering questions to suggesting improvements to my build, nothing was too much trouble. I hope I'll be building more machines in the future purely to have the opportunity to deal with Tom and IT-TECH again!

After alot of research looking for a suitable solid rigid cnc router I decided to purchase one of the larger machines from IT-TECH and definitely made the right choice.. I opted for there 1030mm cutting area in the X and Y plane.. machine is VERY rigid which is key for high precision.. Top quality components are used throughout and built to a very high standard.. communication with Tom at IT-TECH was excellent.. Highly recommended if your looking for a very solid rigid machine.. Delivery and Packaging spot on👍thanks.

Purchased a Leadscrew from IT-Tech-UK. Despatched quickly and everything looked fine. Parcelforce were a nightmare and didn't ring the bell (usually they're fine, so no idea what went on here and we have a RING doorbell so I checked the logs). Unfortunately it went back to IT Tech. They were really good with re-arranging delivery and the whole process was seamless. They did a great job given it must have been extra hassle on their part!

Very helpfully included a part that they had correctly guessed I needed but wasn't part of my order. Top marks!
