After an awful experience talking to bots when dealing with other Internet providers, it was so good to be able to speak to a human!
I was talked though the installation process, and was able to book an engineer with no fuss at all.
Engineer took about 3 hours to fit, and was incredibly knowledgeable.

Very patient between with initial enquiry and final order.
Great onsite installation process from Kev.
Only issue is with Bandwidth - still not exceeding 150Mbs when we have purchased a higher max speed, so not great on performance so far. I appreciate this is a Starlink issue but very difficult to get any feedback from them.

We would have expected your Starlink connection to have stabilised after around 72 hours from installation, so we'd recommend continuing to monitor the speeds over the next few days and letting us know if you notice any improvement. By the nature of satellite broadband, speeds do fluctuate depending on network demand and conditions, and the entire Starlink ecosystem is constantly evolving to deliver faster performance. There is unprecedented demand for Starlink at the moment, which can have an impact.
One thing worth mentioning is that Starlink doesn't offer direct human support, so if you ever need technical assistance or have any questions, please reach out to us directly. We'll always do our best to look after you, provide guidance, and help get any issues resolved. Thank you again for your feedback and for placing your trust in us.

Internet back on day we moved in!
My first experience of this organisation. They arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation and located the best location for the Starlink aerial. They briefed me on the installation points around the house and carried out the work, all done as the removal firm delivered furniture etc.

When I rang for a quote the Gentleman
When I rang for a quote the Gentleman, the other end of the phone, was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained all that would happen, its great to speak to a human being, very refreshing, keep up the good work. The Gentleman that was fitting the Starlink rang and asked me if he was ok to arrive earlier than booked, which was great, he arrived and started to explain what he was going to do and fitted the Starlink, very tidy work, when he finished it seemed he was not happy and rang someone for assistance, explained what I should do and left,but a few minutes later he came back as he was not happy leaving with it not right did a few more things and sorted things out, a breath of fresh air to find a person like that, wonderful, and thank you. I was also contacted to see if everything was OK, great customer service and company.
