Save yourself the trouble.
I bought the digital signature solution. The verification process took more than 2 hours (not 5 mins as stated).
The process is complicated and unclear. The ios desktop installer is corrupted. And when I try to log in on my phone it says I don't have any active services, despite having activated everything they sent me. I have tried to raise a ticket but even that doesn't work. The bots are unable to help and there is no one to talk to.

You have no instructions on how to use your products. I paid for time stamp. I cannot find any information in both record emails and account online to find urls to setup APO ect. How can any new user use your products??

I paid 35€ for a QES certification I have tried multiple times to do the identification waiting hours but there is never anyone. There are close to no choices for an appointment. Finally got one today at 12:30 but it still says "Please wait: an agent will be with you shortly." and nothing...
