I got charged for a recurring membership to the online community that I forgot to cancel. I reached out to customer service and Richard replied within a couple of hours, refunded the charge, and canceled the membership for me. Customer service is always so responsive

Ordered my infinity hoop and couldn't figure out how to cancel the membership when I first received it. Flash forward another month and as a Canadian it was super scary to see $55 withdrawn from my account that was meant for medication and cat food!
Kristine from support was really kind and on top of everything and managed to refund the full amount. I already enjoy how the infinity hoop has been working for me so this was also super great!

I really appreciate how quick I was able to get a response, and how friendly they were in their communication. Everything was resolved quickly and I had a great experience dealing with them. Thank you

I love it! I really just wish we had an app we could click on and check in and do stuff like that with but the workout was amazing all the stuff on here are very helpful. The first time I’ve actually wanted to work out or stick to something even though I’m very busy with third shift and kids! Great work out!

Kristine helped me with my order details and was very kind in doing this. Another company, Basque, could learn alot about customer service through Infinity Hoop and Kristine. There are many buttons in checking out and when using a phone a mistake can easily be made by big fingers. The product is nicely made,durable and easy to use.

Both my boys (8 and 4) have severe ADHD. I scoured the website for reviews including children but found none! Y'all should absolutely produce these things in smaller child sizes with neons or rainbow colors, they'd eat them alive! The special needs mom market is barely even scratched at the surface in marketing. Mostly only autism promos and puzzle games. But nothing that keeps them actively busy enough to wear them out! I think they might even love our hoops more than I do! 😊🙏🏻
I've already amassed quite the collection before they've even fully arrived after doing my research and finding so many positive reviews! I participate in an online beauty pageant, and I was co-streaming while hooping with a young lady who had also purchased the hoop. She purchased a dupe hoop, and actually had to assemble the weighted ball, which came with no weight. Her hoop was very loud, had no rubber covers for the rebound pins, and even seemed to rotate more slowly and made it very difficult for her to use it effectively. Meanwhile mine was going around a million miles an hour, and after live streaming for 4 hours while hooping for almost all of it, I have a feeling this addiction is going to work out well for me!
I will definitely go peruse the site, and see what else I can find. I've ordered three hoops, three waist trimmers in matching colors, and of course the waist slimmers and arm trimmers, detox tea and heat cream that came as freebies, I also ordered multiple extra tote bags for storing the hoops and their parts (and because let's face it, they are high quality, and high quality totes are very hard to come by especially in such a beautiful Tiffany Blue), and I just ordered two Infinity Flow Pros and strap the other day!
As much as I love all of your other products so far, I'm sure I'll find something to brighten my day for that $15 gift card!
Thank you so much for being who you say you are as a company, not yet another viral lie. That stands high with me, and the people I surround myself with! I can't say enough about Infinity Hoops as a company to everyone I've crossed paths with since my first one arrived! 🙏🏻🫶🏻

This was my second order. First I ordered the hoop. This time I ordered the arm hoops. Both orders came really fast and were exactly as expected. I contacted CS by email for help with the subscription. Richard responded the same day and was extremely helpful and polite. Everything was resolved immediately. I couldn’t be happier.

First of all, I paid extra for the quiet hoop and it's so loud I can't even have a conversation while using it. Second, I was never able to access the "free" group in the first 30 days asking for help multiple time. Once I was charged after the 30 days, I immediately asked that it be cancelled since I was not able to ever access the group. CS tells me I can access it so I attempt again and when I was still unable to do so, they then said it was because I cancelled. So, I should have had access for at least the free 30 and the 30 I paid for but was not able to access for even 1 day! Very terrible customer service and refuse to work with customer on refund for service not received!!! Save yourself the money and buy a $20 hoop from Amazon which is quieter and not a waste of money!!!

I am doing the 21 day reset. This is a great workout for pushing yourself.

I recently had an issue with my subscription. I contacted customer service and was connected with Rose. She was so helpful. She was professional and understood the issue. She quickly worked on a solution. And it was just resolved. Rose did a fantastic job of making me feel part of the community and heard as an individual. Thank you again Rose.

I've had my hoop for a few months and have loved it. I use it daily, and it's easy to do in the living room watching a show or with the music on. Unfortunately, the weight that attaches dropped and the casing cracked, so I reached out to ask about ordering a replacement. Kristine in customer support reached back out to me in less than a day with a friendly message to let me know they'd get a replacement ordered for me. It was a positive experience with customer service. I appreciate it.
