My advisor, James, was excellent to work with from the initial discussion through the quote process and until our new policy was set. He was very thorough and patiently answer all of my questions. He was very responsive. The entire process from start to finish was efficient and seamless. I'd be remiss if I did not also mention that I was able to save over $700 annually even with adding extra coverage that I didn't have on my previous policy.

Annual Renewal
Annual Renewal. When renewing our policy Intrepid is always early with their renewal documents. Intrepid will compare prices and make concessions if needed to keep the customer. Intrepid always gets back to us in a very timely manner. Quick to respond and polite. I'm very pleased with the renewal process in September 2026.

Needed documents quickly.
We were closing on a SBA loan and needed to add insurers and other items to the policy. We also need a Builders Risk policy for the construction part of the loan.
