Chaka Travel Reviews

This is our 7th booking with Chaka.
Great service by Gerard!
We are looking forward to our trip to Mauritius in January.

Gerard is always so helpful and tries to do the best with our requests

We have had an outstanding experience working with Gerard to organize our group golf trip for 12 people. His service has been exceptional. He is incredibly responsive, always quick to answer questions, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Gerard is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire booking process. Organizing a trip for a group can be complicated, but he has made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate his attention to detail and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Gerard to anyone planning a golf trip.

Gerard has organised our golf holidays since 2021 and has always been ready to suggest ideas, reachable and helpful. Every resort they recommended us we have been to a few times and are looking forward to go back: Mauritius, Seychelles, Portugal, Cyprus, Greece, lovely hotels, fantastic golf, excellent guidance and support. We cannot recommend Chaka Travel enough.

The booking team at Chaka Travel: Breanne & Diane.
Completely understood our requirements and recent decision to change airline. All of this without a fuss.

Fantastic service

I have booked through Chaka several times and always have a great experience. Gerard Watson consistently provides a professional and personal service.

Great prices for fabulous golf courses. Quick replies to my enquiry and booking completed the next day. Actually speak to Gerard as soon as I call and no machines to answer to, a great one to one old fashioned service. Thank you

What a great company to deal with. Having not booked such a trip before I have been asking 101 questions and always get a prompt reply. So far, so good. We’re just sorting the finer details but Gerard has been very patient, informative and helpful. Glad I opted to book through Chaka Travel.

Very helpful and knowledgeable

I have been dealing with Gerard Watson for a few years and he always delivers

I have now booked a couple of golf holidays through this company and they are excellent. They get back to you the same day and are very patient!!! I was very grateful for that as I had so many options to consider!! The company really listen to what you are after and can price match flights so you get a package for the same price as if you did it separately….much easier!!
Breanne was so helpful in listening to what we wanted and gave her twist in things too which was great. Nothing is too much trouble and they do not pester you!!

I will definitely be booking more golf holidays through Chaka travel, they smashed every other quote out of the water!! Thank you!!

Always first class response.

Breanne Loucks of Chaka Travel has recently assisted me in booking our second annual golfing trip to Costa Navarino.
As with our initial trip Breanne has been exceptional in guiding me through the booking process, providing advice and been super responsive. Great job!
