The webshop itself works fine — ordering, checkout, and payment were smooth and easy. Unfortunately, the experience after that was very disappointing. I ordered a wallpaper over a month ago and repeatedly contacted the store for an update, but received no communication at all. Eventually, my order was cancelled and refunded without any explanation. What makes this worse is that the wallpaper is still listed as in stock on the website. While the purchasing experience was good, the lack of communication and the amount of time it took to cancel the order feels very unprofessional.

I've ordered two 10L containers of Sigma paint and didn't receive them for ten days, the story is that the shipper lost the package, and the company had to resend it, the second shipment hasn't arrived either. I am waiting for the story to be resolved / refund...
