Not only is this product great but I truly have never seen this level of customer service in any company ! Fabulous - they are very quick to respond , always helpful , polite and kind - the customer care team is the best I have ever dealt with - great job !!!!

I bought IM8 because of the extensive marketing around health, digestion and bloating, and because it is positioned as a premium all-in-one supplement.

Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite of what I expected.
After using the product for an extended period, I noticed no meaningful improvement in my health, energy levels or overall wellbeing. One of the main reasons I purchased it was the suggestion that it could help with digestive health and bloating, but I remained bloated while taking it and saw no benefit in that area.

The product is also extremely expensive. Given the premium price, I expected results that justified the ongoing cost. For me, it simply didn't deliver enough value to warrant continuing.

Another concern was privacy. I use Apple's Hide My Email feature and created a unique email address that appears to have been used only for my IM8 account. That email address has since started receiving repeated lottery scam emails. I can't say how the address ended up on a spam list, but it has raised concerns for me about data handling and has further reduced my confidence in the brand.
Overall, I found IM8 to be an expensive product that did not live up to the marketing claims. Based on my experience, I would not purchase it again or recommend it to others.

I am on my third consecutive month of taking IM8, and I can honestly say I definitely feel the difference. I looked very deeply into this product before purchasing, and genuinely felt that this contained exactly what I needed. I wasn't wrong. Without fail, I have taken this every single day, and truly am starting to feel the benefits of this product. I highly recommend this.

It was the best product with everything I needed in it

It’s very nice to drink! I love to mix it up and serve it cold over ice. It’s delicious and refreshing. It’s an easy way for me to get all the vitamins I need because pill form vitamins upset my stomach.

I’m looking forward to beginning my IM8 journey. A family member introduced me to the product, and I’m eager to experience it for myself. The IM8 customer service team has been exceptional—responsive, knowledgeable, and committed to ensuring a positive customer experience. I’m excited to get started and see the results.

I have really enjoyed using IM8 and have been genuinely impressed with how I’ve been feeling. I’m 57 and, since going through menopause, I haven’t felt this kind of energy in a long time.

IM8 is incredibly easy to take, and I really appreciate the packaging. It makes it simple and convenient to take with me wherever I go, which makes it much easier to stay consistent.

One of the biggest things for me was recently being able to complete a Spartan Challenge. At 57, that was something I was incredibly proud of! I can’t say that one product alone was responsible for accomplishing it, but I truly believe that how I’ve been feeling while using IM8 helped me feel ready to take on that challenge.

For me, the biggest difference has been simply feeling more energetic and capable again. IM8 has become an easy addition to my daily routine, and I’m very happy with my experience so far.

IM8 is truly a revelation to me! I am 52 years old and thought I felt more tired and I had gained waist weight due to premenopause. Also I had been experiencing gut issues and neck pain for many years. I learned that there is often a vicious cycle between neck pain and gut issues.
When I saw the IM8 add, I said to my self what I always do seeing adds on Facebook: this is to great to be true… but my intuition pushed me to buy and try it.
It took only one week to see some improvements. The first I noticed was my skin. It looked younger. Especially my face and neck. The second week to the fourth week i noticed the impact on my guts … I lost 2 inches of waist. Came back as thin as before premenopause. Also, because of probiotics and anti-inflammatory this had a very positive impact on my neck pain.
At week 6 I feel my sleep is much better. My sleep used to be very light… now I feel like I would like to sleep all the time because my sleep at night is so profound and good.
I am confident that my energy level will continue to increase and my concentration.
Since I have stated, I have recommended IM8 to at least 6 of my friends. They all have positive impact from IM8.
I always had trouble taking supplements as I needed so many different bottles and was complex… I never took supplements more than 4 weeks in a row.

With IM8, it fits so easily in my daily routine and it became a pleasure to have it all morning. Even on work trip or vacation, I always bring with me my IM8.

So happy to have followed my instincts on this one!!

I’ve had a fantastic experience with IM8. The quality of the product is excellent, it’s incredibly easy to incorporate into my daily routine, and I genuinely look forward to having it each day. And, that’s saying a lot considering I’ve been with IM8 since they hit the market. I also really appreciate the thought and science that have gone into the formulation — it feels like a premium product from start to finish.

Customer service has also been excellent: responsive, helpful and professional. IM8 has absolutely earned five stars from me, and I’m very happy to continue using it. Highly recommend!

IM8 is very tasty and it does give the morning a nice pick me up.
Great service by the team in addressing some of my queries and assisting me in payment issues. Trustworthy company!

When an order isn't delivered they don't refund or skip a payment but keep the subscription going without holding account for missing delivery.

They know that the delivery is sent back and this isn't attended. Support is difficult as they have external company delivering..

iM8 has genuinely been a complete game changer for me. I feel healthier, more energised, clearer-minded and, honestly, just better overall. I feel like I’m finally giving my body the vitamins and nutrients it actually needs, and that feeling alone has made such a difference to me.

I’ve noticed more energy, less brain fog, clearer-looking skin and I simply feel more like myself. I even feel younger and healthier — and who doesn’t want that?!

But what has impressed me just as much as the product is the customer service. In my 29 years, I can honestly say I have never experienced customer service quite like iM8’s. They respond incredibly quickly, they’re genuinely helpful, incredibly kind and so lovely to deal with. The entire team deserves recognition because they are absolutely marvellous.

The concept, the execution, the product, the packaging — everything has been thought through so beautifully. And it actually tastes amazing, which I think is so important when you’re taking something every day.

I also love the little extras. The gifts they send after your first month, and the fact that you can receive a different gift each month, is such a thoughtful touch. It makes the whole experience feel special rather than just like another subscription.

And the new iM8 water bottle deserves a review of its own. I genuinely have never seen anything quite like it. It is, without a doubt, the best water bottle I own. It’s such a clever invention and makes drinking enough water feel effortless.

I may be slightly biased because I am officially a HUGE iM8 fan 😂, but genuinely, from the perspective of an ordinary customer, it is worth every penny.

If you’re feeling run-down, want to add more vitamins and nutrients into your routine, want more energy, clearer skin or a clearer mind, I genuinely cannot recommend iM8 enough.

My husband and I have both been taking the Beckman Stack, and we couldn’t be happier with it. It has significantly reduced the cost of our monthly supply of supplements, which is a huge plus. More importantly, we’ve both noticed an increase in our energy levels and just generally feel better. We feel like we’re giving our bodies the support they need without spending a fortune on multiple supplements. We’re very pleased with the Beckman Stack and plan to continue taking it!

I have been an IM8 customer for quite some time. As someone who does not like to take rows of pill vitamins, this was a gamechanger for me. As an example, my Vitamin D was always low but I am terrible about taking a weekly pill vitamin. At my last checkup my levels were perfect all from drinking IM8 daily.

They continue to evolve adding new flavors, updating their shaker bottles. etc.

In addition, any time I have a question or concern about an order, their customer service is exceptional. They respond immediatley and alwasy make things right!

The taste. I usually don't any issues with taste but it's strong. I had to suspend my subscription to take a brake from the taste. I found the website complicated to switch the flavor and in general. Way to many little windows. The supplement has been ok. No major improvements, but I understand it takes time as well as other factors, like sleep and nutrition.

Zero heads up that you were placing this order. NO communication or option to delay the order.

Very simple process to order with no glitches and the information provided all details that I needed to know in making the purchase. A little early to tell about product since I just ordered and have not received yet.
