Exceptionally slow delivery
Exceptionally slow delivery. Had an email from them today item was dispatched and be with in 2 days. Never came until over a week later. Tried to call with tracking you just got an AI bot telling you unhelpful information.

I phoned on Tuesday morning and Lady sent me a email with the delivery code and of to the post office i went it was so easy now Saturday morning and new smartair is on my radiator and keeping us warm.
