Horrible. Don’t buy this and waste your time. It’s a scam and not as advertised. It’s not hand made and is made in china. It’s not even gold plated it’s brasss and cheap metal. I paid $89.00 for the raised signed ring and if was horrible it was tiny even though they advertised it to be bigger. It came damaged too the engraving was done horribly the band thickness was not as advertised either and just looked horrible and cheap. Don’t buy it. You know why it takes 3 weeks to arrive? Not because they are handcrafting it. No it’s because it comes from china to Italy and then to your home country. So don’t waste your time. I immediate emailed their customer service team asking for a full refund and they said they will review it so now we wait let’s see what happens but if they decline it or try to pull some stuff or make excuses I will initiate a charge back on them (you can do this too if you’ve been scammed) and report them to the trading authorities and shut them down.

I ordered a custom family crest signet ring in May. It took over two months to arrive — no meaningful updates, just vague nothing-responses whenever I chased them for a status.

When it finally showed up on July 28, it was immediately obvious this was not the product I paid for. The crest — the entire point of a signet ring — is a tiny, cramped afterthought lost in a wasteland of unused blank space on the face. Nothing like the tight, detailed engraving in their marketing photos. The band itself isn’t even the model I ordered.

Then, within days — days — of wearing it, the plating started peeling off on the inside of the band, exposing a silvery base metal underneath. They advertise this ring as solid bronze. Bronze is copper-based — it doesn’t wear through to reveal a silver-toned metal. Whatever this ring is actually made of, it does not match what’s on the product page.

They market this as “handcrafted,” a piece meant to be an heirloom. What I actually received looks and feels like something pulled off a cheap mass-market listing — except I paid a fraction of a designer’s price for it. It’s insulting.

I’ve sent them photos and a formal complaint. We’ll see if they even bother to respond properly, or if this becomes a bank dispute. Either way — save yourself the money, the wait, and the disappointment. Look literally anywhere else.

This company claims to research and find your family crest but don't trust them!! They send me art work and I double check asking if this is indeed our family crest or just a design they made - they insisted it was our family crest so I approved the design. Then, after I receive my product, they send me a promotional email saying click the link to see your history write up so I do and guess what, a completely different design pops up. When I ask them about it all they could say was "you approved the art work" - ya, based on false information they provided. Total scam!!!

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company.

After waiting more than six weeks for my ring to arrive, I was shocked to find that it was way too large. You’d think a company would take responsibility for a mistake like that and work with the customer to make it right. Instead, they immediately shifted the blame onto me and refused to take any accountability.

The customer service was frustrating, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. At no point did I feel valued as a customer. Once they have your money, it seems they no longer care about providing decent service or standing behind their products.

This was honestly one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Between the excessive wait time, the incorrect ring size, and the terrible customer support, the entire experience was a disaster from start to finish.

PS: on there site almost every review is 5 stars ; not one bad experience.

Think about this.
Save yourself the time, money, and headache. Buy somewhere else.

Sent out wrong size ring and wrong crest will not accept there failure was to almost to go jump and get it sized at local jewellery’s

Not as advertised.
The sigil on the ring are so bad quality and small, that i can barely see what it is.
The shipping took over 2 months,
Mike at heritage ring, told me everything ships from Europe, but is a lie, everything is made and shipped from China.
Will not recommend!

the rings came about a month after order and confirmation of the design. My grandfather was so touched with the ring. Its made well and the signet part is very similar to the coat of arms that I chose. We ordered again this time for my wife's grandmother.
