Fast and professional support
Apart from the fact that my HEPHA bike is reliable and fully meets my expectations I appreciate HEPHA's fast and professional support. I contacted HEPHA's support on three occasions. Each time I received professional, patient, and friendly support within 24 hours.

The delivery was very late- more than 2 weeks after confirming the order. Payment by Klarna has 30 days and this way I had to pay less than two weeks from delivery.

Theoretical range
Very disappointed with the theoretical range. When the battery is fully charged the display only indicates a theoretical range of between 80 -120kms. This is quite different to the advertised range of 200kms and what I was told by the dealer. After many e-mails to Hepha and the dealer nothing been resolved. The bike itself is very good, just misleading advertising.

We are sorry to hear that you have the concern regarding our battery riding range. I wish you share some information that could be helpful for you.
Please be kindly noted that we offer 708Wh and 804Wh battery for different Hepha E-Bikes. The riding distance of 200Km is the maximum distance based on ideal riding conditions like flat roads, eco mode, 70kg rider weight, etc. It is a reference calculation only.
The real riding distance may vary if you use more on Turbo mode, or in mountain areas, or load additional luggages on your Hepha E-Bike.

Great product
Great product! It comes nearly completely assembled, so virtually ready to use. Communication during the order process is okay but could be improved. Powerful battery and motor and many ways to adjust your seating position. Last but not least: great value for your money!
