I have just used HelloSafe for the first time to compare travel insurance for a couple of upcoming trips. Their comparator is very clear and useful to determine the best value for the covers we were looking for.
There was a technical issue with the insurance for the second trip. I contacted them and they replied immediately to my email and were able to solve the problem very quickly. Edouard was very courteous and effective in his communication. A+++
I would certainly use them again based on my experience.

NHS GOS4 - I’m now realising my loss of glasses caused by MS is a qualifying category.

It was a symptom of my illness that caused the replacement to be necessary. I also know as I’m short on time…
I’ll probably pay, whilst my usual opthalmologist can apply for GOS4 code.

Of course this now means I’ll have confidence when I go to my usual Specsavers branch.

So Trustpilot you remove reviews, mainly because it's unsubstantiated. Yet this company's making the Philippines, number 1 in their list of most dangerous country - is in itself the most unsubstantiated ever. Obviously, they set out to make that claim for the Philippines without even setting foot in the country. Even if they said they set their own rubrics for this kind of list, it still does a lot of damage. Even if they claim they removed the list already, it still did damage. So thanks for removing reviews like this from people like me! I am just defending what isn't true said about the country.

The information is up to date. I was checking to see if the cost of eye exams had risen since I was at my optometrist, about one year ago. Apparently the cost hasn't risen, which is certainly good news for me, since I am retired, and living on a limited budget. So, yes this information was quite useful. Thank you for helping me keep up to date!

Hellosafe based from real talk youtube video, it is absolutely unjust to rank the Philippines as one of the non-safe areas for tourism. This assessment lacks any real basis and fails to consider the true situation on the ground. Filipinos are among the kindest and warmest people in Asia, known for their hospitality and welcoming nature towards foreigners. Such categorization is simply unfair and overlooks the reality of the vibrant culture and safety that the Philippines offers.

I have read articless this company released an article about its travel safety index, which Ph is the top 1 dangerous country and changed it due to Ph government critizism. I am waiting for their response on the list change and still nothing came up. Objective criteria should be unbiased. Now, I have doubts on their "objective" rankings.

HelloSafe is using The Philippines to get more attention in Internet. They know that the Filipinos are the top active online users in the world. To get their "So called, Hello Safe survey". Philippines are known for HOSPITALITY and HAPPY PEOPLE. The country doesn't have active shooting everyday in "School for Children", "Groceries Store", or "Stealing Amazon Parcel at their doors" unlike other country. The people in the Philippines treating other country's people as part of the Family. Unlike other country, they "Burn in the Desert", "Rape", 'Dismembered", and "Maltreated or Abuse" them while providing the act of service that run's to their blood and culture.

The hellosafe site is not very useful, as the travel safety ratings are completely incorrect.
The ratings are not based on any semblance of reality.
Hope that this company fails as that what it deserves so its terrible ideas can disappear with it.
