I have purchased several Hedon helmets over the years and, generally, I have been very satisfied with their quality.

Unfortunately, my experience with the most exclusive and expensive helmet I have purchased from Hedon — a fully bespoke helmet that I personally designed — has been very disappointing.

The helmet features a custom gold cross, and after only a very minor scratch, the gold finish/paint chipped off surprisingly easily. I own other Hedon helmets that have occasionally suffered small knocks or even accidental drops, and while they may show a small mark, the paint has never come off like this.

For a bespoke product at this price level, I expected the finish and durability to be considerably better. It is particularly disappointing that the helmet I invested the most in is the one that has shown the poorest resistance.

I like Hedon and have been a repeat customer, which is precisely why this experience has been so disappointing. I don’t believe the quality of this particular finish is consistent with the price or with the standard I have experienced from my other Hedon helmets.

Ordered a helmet and larger cheek pads in separate orders. Sent my measurements to someone at Hedon to verify, but it was still a bit big. So ordered the cheek pads. Both are amazing beautiful quality items, but the shipping cost from the UK. WOW! I get it for the helmet, it's a big item, but those cheek pads could have been tossed in a tyvek envelope and shipped for much less. Only gripe. Otherwise, I love my helmet!

Both Gina and Anne were excellent and gave me options to try before going straight to selling me additional linings for the helmet , i certainly didn’t feel pressured into buying other items before all options with the current product were explored.

Great gloves but sizing a bit out, if take a size XL you'll need to go up a size.

I ordered a pair of gloves, they fitted but a bit on the small side, l asked if they could be exchanged, no problem was the prompt response, a pre paid label was emailed, l now have my very nice gloves, excellent service 👍

Nice products

Well I ordered gloves with a discount code that I received faster than I expected and gloves were exactly as advertised. And the gloves are great so no complaints. But I ordered a helmet and visor a month and a half ago, which the gloves I ordered weeks after go great with, and there's been no change in the status since. Just that I ordered them. So at this point I have no idea if I'll even end up getting the helmet and visor. I've had this happen with another brand only to be eventually told that they're out of stock of the items after a month of waiting when it was in stock when I ordered it. So my experience was great with the gloves I bought but since I bought them because they match the helmet I haven't received or know if I'll ever receive it, I'll have to say my experience hasn't really been a good one.......or pending at best.

July 28th, 2026, my 37th birthday, after seeing a light show at a racetrack near New York City’s only Casino, I saw the vision for the neighborhood, I reviewed newsletter emails I received and saw an email from Reg, Co-Founder of Hedon who shared a promo code on my Free Shipping order I conducted that night. I am so absolutely thrilled with my purchase, it is from a British Manufacturer or brand and is composed of the right material, Brass, similar to: Ceramics; Pewter; Sterling Silver; Wood; Glass and Stone, manufactured by European countries with monarchies Christianity as a State Religion, the UK and Denmark, this kind of discernment results in companies like Yale, lock manufacturer. The keyring does make a unique clinking sound whenever I handle my keys and the brand will get exposure to those inspecting my keys in my gym locker room for example! 🇬🇧

Superb quality and fit of helmet. Good correspondence and quick reliable delivery

Okay to start off I tend not to trust marketing in general. However most of the images and video footage seemed to be from their actual factory showing their construction and materials. Considering the price being about $250 USD higher than my current Arai and $500 or more less than other high end helmet options my new Heroine Racer 2.0 is completely amazing.

The quality of the materials, paint finish and design is better than anything I have seen under any brand. So much lighter than my current helmet. Better visibility in all directions. So far good enough ventilation for even hot riding days in my testing and easy to control with the multi position visor. Also super simple to install your favorite intercom system. Truthfully the amazing retro looks and style just really make this helmet stand out. Highly recommended company!

I purchased a custom herion racer helmet in medium and I can't even get it past my ears.
I have been riding for 35 years.
I own 12 helmets
I wear medium in Bell, Arai, Alpinestars, Icon, AGV, and HJC.
I went back forth with customer service for over 2 weeks sending them videos, dimensions, pictures, etc etc and they are still convinced I do not know how to put a helmet on my head! Ha! Ha!
I just gave up, I'll find a tiny person to give it to.

Absolutely awful Customer Service from Hedon once they got my money. I placed a special order helmet six weeks ago even though I said ideally needed the helmet within about three weeks. Now they are not returning my calls and today no one is even picking the phone up at their office. Beware

High quality products and outstanding service!

The build quality is top notch

After measuring multiple times and using the provided charts I ordered a helmet and gloves that should have been slightly large—I was very much looking forward to the comfort and quality they tout. Both products were too small and the quality seems just ok. Getting a response for a return/refund has taken a full week so far, and still no return response.

The gloves are fitting perfectly and they are looking so good!

I've bought many helmets. Bell, Arai, Shoei, Biltwell, and others. This is the most beautiful helment I've ever seen! The sizing was spot on, too!

Really quick delivery and the look and feel is really premium. Super comfy.
