Cant recommende this company enough we lost Belle on a bank holiday weekend and the service we received from this company was exceptional, from the moment they contacted us to delivering her ashes home. They were compassionate from beginning to end

We unexpectedly lost my father in laws chihuahua, Teddy while he was staying with us, and after he went for his last ball throw over the rainbow bridge, he was taken into Heavenly Pets care. From beginning to end, their care, sensitivity and compassion were second to none. From the first contact after they took Teddy into their care, to the moment I came to pick Teddy up to take him home to my father in law, they were nothing but perfect. They made a very difficult time so much easier, I knew Teddy was safe there from the minute I spoke to them. Thank you from myself and from my father in law for giving a beloved little man the best and dignified care anyone could ask for .

We lost our beautiful fur baby Holly after almost 15 years of unconditional love. The care and kindness we were shown will never leave us as a family. Vicky and Gav were amazing from collecting our lovely Holly through the night to helping support us to make our choices for Hollys final resting place and providing us with the opportunity for a final goodbye. They treat our fur baby with respect and dignity and kindness in abundance. I will be forever grateful for you all, thank you 💕

We said our goodbye to Bella a few days ago after 17 beautiful years of loving her. The staff/family at Heavenly Pets honestly couldn't have done more for us. They were so kind and respectful to us during a highly emotional time. They took amazing care of our baby girl and we were given the opportunity to say a final "see you soon" before sending her off on her next adventure. Knowing they were treating her with such care and respect really helped us and knowing she wouldn't be alone was perfect. Thank you so much, I will cuddle my little girl every night thanks to you ❤️

We lost our Guinea pig Bruno who was loved so much. The team at heavenly pets were so genuine and caring and made the experience a little more soothing. Now we have him home we have also been provided with the most beautiful keepsakes

In January of 2025 we had to say goodbye to both of our rescue dogs. We were treated with the utmost compassion and respect. I knew they would be cared for in the way that we treat them. With love. The little unexpected extras were so appreciated. Then in February 2026 we lost one of our cats. I had no hesitation in asking Heavenly Pets to care for him on his final journey. 12 weeks later we lost our final furry family.. the brother of Clarence the cat. Again I knew where we wanted him to go. We know they are treat like family from start to finish. I asked if they could be put into a casket together as they were never apart in 15 years. It was no problem. So the furry family are all in their forever homes. I can't recommend Heavenly Pets highly enough to care for your furry family on their final journey. Thankyou to Gavin & his family for giving us such peace at what was the most distressing time of our lives.

Heavenly pets where amazing when my Ebt Alfie died on Easter Sunday, they came to our house and Alfie was handled with absolute dignity and respect. They were amazing throughout and so understanding and compassionate the momentos of Alfie they provided will be cherished and loved forever.

We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved cat, Theo, very suddenly, and in the early hours of the morning. In such a distressing and surreal moment, Heavenly Pets were nothing short of incredible.

I called their 24-hour number at 5:20am, and by 6:20am they were at our door. That alone was amazing, but what truly stood out was the compassion they showed from the very first moment. They gave us the time and space we needed to gather ourselves and say our goodbyes without ever making us feel rushed. Everything was handled with such gentleness and respect.

They explained that they would usually wait until the following day to discuss next steps, to give families time to process, which I thought was incredibly thoughtful. When I contacted them again, they guided us through all the options with care and sensitivity, even referring to Theo’s urn as his “forever bed,” which honestly meant more than I can put into words.

We were told it would take around four days, which felt completely reasonable, and we received a call exactly as promised to arrange collection. At first, I found it unusual that we were given a specific appointment time, but when we arrived, it became clear why.

We were taken into a private room where everything had been arranged so beautifully it took our breath away. Theo was there in his forever bed, placed carefully among a framed paw print, additional paw and nose prints, a vial of his fur, and even a packet of seeds to scatter in his honour. There was also a condolence card signed by the staff, which was such a personal and touching gesture.

Soft piano music played in the background, including songs like “You Raise Me Up” and “My Heart Will Go On,” and the entire setting felt like a true farewell. It wasn’t just a collection, it felt like a small, meaningful service. The level of thought, care, and respect that went into every detail was overwhelming in the best possible way.

In one of the hardest moments of our lives, Heavenly Pets gave us comfort, dignity, and something truly beautiful to hold onto. It is so clear that they deeply care about the animals entrusted to them and the families who love them.

We cannot recommend them highly enough. Theo was treated with the love and respect he deserved, and for that, we will always be grateful.

Lost our beloved Shihtzu Oscar (14) totally unexpected. Heavenly Pets were amazing from that first call, Gavin came to the house, he was so reassuring and explained everything to us. Oscar was treated with respect and kindness he was able to have his favourite blanket go with him. The next morning we had a phone call to say we could come in to see Oscar and say our final goodbye, they were amazing, giving us time and privacy as a family, we never felt rushed the love they provided us and Oscar we will always be eternally grateful. Oscar was returned to us a few days later in a beautiful Shihtzu Urn along with a card, framed paw print, nose print and a bottle of his fur clippings. These amazing people I can never put into words what you’ve done for us you made a devastating experience bearable I will highly recommend them to anyone that will listen, really wish I could give more than 5 stars thank you from the bottom of our hearts Oscars family 🐶❤️

We lost our beautiful boy Tyson on 4/11 and we were totally devastated. I explained to Heavenly pets how upset we were in April when our 12 year old yorkie passed and his ashes were returned in a cardboard box. They asked us to take his ashes down and they would put him with Tyson and return them both in matching caskets. This meant the world to my 11 year old and gave her comfort knowing her beloved Tyson wasn’t on his own.Thank you so so very much.

I feel 5 stars just isn't nearly enough to show gratitude for the staff at Heavenly Pets and all that they do.
Personally me and my partner will forever be grateful to them as their services made the worst time in our lives a lot more bearable. They have taken their own heartache and turned it into something so beautiful, and given others a chance to say a peaceful goodnight as their pets cross the rainbow bridge. Today has been an awful day, a friends dog at the end of her days, my friend in hospital and her children from out of area coming to be with their mums best friend 💔 I spoke to the team from heavenly pets, explained the circumstances and how we needed this to work out to cause minimal distress. Everything worked like clockwork, the most peaceful passing, heavenly pets collecting her leaving her children ample time to visit their mam before they had to leave to set off on their 6 hour homeward journey.
Gavin and his team have been excellent throughout, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my own pets, let alone recommend them if I didn't feel that the consistency of service wasn't 100%. Excellent service, great communication, caring and compassionate thankyou

I cannot recommend Heavenly Pets enough. Until the vets recommended Heavenly Pets, I didn’t realise such options existed. Everyone at Heavenly Pets that I spoke to was so kind, caring and compassionate and went above and beyond to make me feel that my beloved cat Lilly was looked after and that they were there to speak to day or night, should I have any questions or even just need someone to talk to. Lilly’s ashes were delivered in a lovely tube to scatter, with a paw print in a gorgeous frame, paw and nose prints, locks of her hair/fur in a little glass container, a gorgeous poem, sone seeds to sow and a certificate. Thank you Gavin, Vicky & especially Harley for making such an unbearable time, that much more bearable.

I lost my beloved Frenchie Drew on 3rd Sept, and I trusted him to go to Heavenly companion as I have previously used these to care for my 2 girls who I have lost over a number of years . The speed of getting Drew back was great as I needed him home.

Our beautiful lad George recently passed in the early hours. We contacted Heavenly Pets and Peter was there within 20 minutes. He was so understanding and compassionate and assured us that George would be looked after and treat with the upmost respect and dignity. Heavenly Pets guided us through an unbearable situation and made the whole process so caring. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much

After losing my beloved Vinnie I felt like my world had absolutely fell apart. After a traumatic trip to the vets I was recommended heavenly pets by a friend. I honestly never knew such a service even existed!
From the first phone call with Gavin I just know my Vinnie was going to receive the best care. From the off he went out of his way to make sure I could visit him in the chapel of rest as soon as possible. When I arrive Vicky was there to greet me at 9pm ! What a wonderful woman she is. I was u sure about seeing my boy laid to rest but im so glad I did. He looked so peaceful lied on a big fluffy bed with a blanket over him and a rose next to him. Poor Vicky was there with me until after 11pm on a Tuesday night. Not once did she rush me or did I feel I had to leave. It literally felt like she was giving me grief counselling.
I honestly cant recommend Heavenly pets enough when the time comes.

What can I say about this company other than caring, compassionate and understanding.We recently lost our beautiful dog Matilda at 16 years old,and we called upon Heavenly Pets to do her cremation,from the moment Gav walked in and took one look at her laying peacefully in her bed we knew we had made the right decision.An absolute animal lover through and through and if you know ,you know he treat Matilda and ourselves with the utmost care and gave us time to say our goodbyes to her and was kind to all of us through our tears and explained what would happen next.Matilda was cremated individually along with a blanket my late mam had crocheted for her,which gave me great comfort and her ashes were brought back home to us along with some beautiful personal gifts.Please trust these people to take care of your furry friend,they are truly good and kind people who do what they do because of their love of animals and there are no better people than that in this world xx

I cannot thank Gav and the amazing team at Heavenly Pets enough. I know their company was born from a genuine concern about the future of their own dog, Merlin, and you can truly feel that they are real animal lovers with such strong ethics and purpose behind everything they do.

At a time of such shock and devastation, we felt nothing but care, compassion, and attention to detail. Despite doing this work every day, they never once made us feel like it was routine — George was treated as though he was the most important, and we felt that we mattered as a family. That personal touch and genuine compassion meant so much.

The communication from the moment George was taken into their care was brilliant, and his ashes were returned quickly, even over a bank holiday. We never doubted for a moment that he was in safe hands or that he was being treated with dignity and love. Gav returned with a beautiful tribute for George, complete with nose and paw prints and a tiny jar of his gorgeous fur clippings.

What also made such a difference was how smoothly Heavenly Pets liaised with Kim at Peace for Pets. Everything we wanted from timings ,to how long we wished to spend with George before we said our final farewell was handled seamlessly, making sure we could say a proper, gentle goodbye without any added stress.

This is truly a business built with heart and soul. It really does make a difference when care deeply about what they do and go that extra mile.
Knowing that George was cared for so beautifully has brought us great comfort and helped us in our grieving process. We can’t recommend Heavenly Pets highly enough, thank you for giving George the respect and love he deserved on his final journey. 🐾💙
