Outstanding private blood testing experience at HEAL Labs Elstree. 62 markers tested with full written interpretation comprehensive and presented beautifully.
There were some delays with two specialist markers held up by the external laboratory, but what set HEAL Labs apart was the communication throughout. I was kept fully informed at every stage via WhatsApp, with honest explanations and even a goodwill refund offered without me asking. That kind of integrity is exactly what you want from a health provider.

Had my blood works today via Goodbody but the Clayton was amazing! Normally drawing blood is painful and they cannot find the right veins but Clayton was professional, prompt and absolutely pain free process.
