Disappointed with the service,
Communication was not the best and attention to detail also disappointing.
Even though we finally got the completion done it had taken far too long and could have been sorted way earlier! with even us the client pointing out issues very early on certain sections they just had a very stubborn attitude and later on realising what I had said was going to be an issue. With obviously no apology!
I think the biggest issue was that they appointed a trainee to over see our case, which obviously proved to be a bigger job than he had done before and created a lot of frustration in the way he went about his work.

All in all I'm afraid we had a bad experience but I do hope in the future they will learn from this and improve so other people don't have the same experience we did.

I was kept updated on progress on a weekly basis through their online portal, which gave me confidence that everything was being dealt with and that the sale was moving forward as expected.
