The notification and service of the order was first class. Weighed against this though was the high cost of postage & packing - £9 to send some vent pegs and cask corks which seemed excessive!

Order at your own risk! Poor customer service
I ordered the cylinder on the 7th of May, by the 12th of May I still had not received my item or any further information from the company. I called on the 12th and was told in would arrive by the end of the week ,not the promt delivery advertised. It arrived on the next day when our premises was closed. NO TRACKING INFORMATION WAS GIVEN, NO DELIVERY LOCATION WAS GIVEN. I had to go around all the local business looking for it.
The delivery note showed that the order had only been placed on the 12th (after I called)
Poor service.

The staff that I dealt with on-line responded quickly to my inquiries and were helpful in sorting out the shipping cost nightmare of the Mason's website. The actual delivery of the part I ordered was very quick indeed; I live in the central US and I received the item from the UK in 4 days.
