Delievery is fast, but the available time of DHL collection point is unclear. It says til 8pm on Googlemap,but when I come at 6pm the staff says the packet collection is closed and I have to come tomoeeow

Slow delivery, products ok
I decided to place the order even though the estimated delivery time was very long, because their price was cheaper than elsewhere. I wonder how their logistics work, since it took them almost two weeks to get the products ready for shipping.
The box arrived completely destroyed, but at least the products (sandals and socks) arrived ok.
