Problem solved
I recieved a bottle of cbd oil that was going to expire in 3 weeks (while it's supposed to last years). I mailed the support centre, they answered within a day (glad of it) and they offered to give me a refund or to send me a new bottle without any payment (i chose the second option and the shipping is on its way). I am happy at the end and the oil really helps me with stress time, reducing the anxiety i feel in my chest. I recommended it to many friends who want to try it

Our logistics center in Milan is always very careful when preparing our orders: each package is weighed before the shipment in order to be sure that the content corresponds to the product ordered.
Unfortunately we cannot have full control of the package once it is in the hands of courier. However, every time there is an issue we start deep investigations. This is what we did immediately after you reported it to us. In any case, the order amount will be 100%.refunded.
Situations like yours are luckly very rare, but can happen. Happened twice was a very unique case we are more than oriented to investigate!
