Expensive Forced Currency Conversion at Checkout
At checkout, prices are automatically converted into the local currency using a very expensive exchange rate, with no option to choose which currency to pay in.
This means you end up paying significantly more for the exact same items and only discover the real price at the very last step of checkout. There is no transparency and no customer choice.
Large international platforms like Amazon allow customers to choose whether they want to pay in EUR or in their local currency. This company does not, and the result is misleading pricing that clearly works against the customer.
The products are already extremely expensive. This forced currency conversion makes them even more overpriced and leaves a very bad impression.
On top of that, shipping prices within the EU are also expensive and difficult to justify.
I would not recommend purchasing unless these practices change.

I received notice that I have to search…
I received notice that I have to search for an address where my package will be held for a short period. It was never presented at home. ( where an invalid person would be able to receive it.
I am not at home for certain periods and do not know if o will be able to go and collect it . I expected it to be delivered at home!
Today I was exceptionally in the opportunity to go search for the pickup shop. They are vendors of electrical apparatus. One staff: helping clients shopping/ 10 minutes on the phone. After that she couldn’t scan the supersized barcode. Had to type something like almost 30 numbers. I had to prove identity. How unproductive this structure compared to DHL.
