Halogrow 

This is probably the worst Scam I have experienced with Shopping online. Supposedly the 2 Women used to Con the public into making a Purchase for this Product are in regional Geelong Victoria Australia BUT NO they, if real are in the US . My son thinks the Advert is AI generated.
Payment was taken from my Credit Card before I confirmed any Purchase and AUD$124.24 was taken and not the AUD$39.98 for 4 Bottles I had chosen. To add insult to injury the Company then tried to take another 3 payments from my Card. Fortunately my Bank flagged it immediately and my Card has been Cancelled to stop them midstream.
My experience is similar to the others from Australia. Totally dishonest and the funds taken without me actually Confirming any Purchase.
As to the efficacy of the Product I don't expect to find out as my Bank are treating the Payment as Fraudulent and an investigation is now active as they will process retrieval of the Funds Taken.
My Bank flagged them because after the 1st Payment was taken they tried to take another 3 payments but were stopped.

I bought first bulk pack after add-ons. Product is no big deal, if you want to try get at Amazon. Last email I got I tapped to read offer & then got alert from bank that amount withdrawn. I instantly asked for refund &they said NO as order shipped in 5mins. Bull.....!

Please be careful. I've been dealing with his company for nearly two weeks I tried to cancel the order the minute I made it because I felt like I was a rat on a wheel and they were upsailing everything finally I got through to well they answer you back within 48 hours sent me an email and promised me everything would be there and if I didn't want the stuff I could refund it . Then the order arrived and 110 dollars of it was missing no product and since then probably the last five days I've been trying to get them to refund my money I've been in touch with my bank and Australian consumer affairs and I'm doing all I can to get my money back as I'm a pensioner and I can't afford it

My experience and it brought me to read the reviews from unhappy customers and reading the responses from Halogrow customer service. DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY. SMOKE AND MIRRORS. You will not get your money back! I will say that again. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK DESPITE HOW NICE A REPLY THEY SEND. YOU WILL BE LEAD IN CIRCLES UNTIL 30 DAYS has passed. Then their policy says NO REFUND, NO RETURN. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I just hope people look at the one star ratings and this is one to believe. Trust me!!!

Very deceptive advertising misrepresenting where this company is actually based. I viewed an advertorial on a NZ website purporting to be an Auckland hairdresser with a friend who was purporting to be a scientist (these actors even had NZ accents). Together they developed this product. I clicked on the order button but hadn't realised that I was ordering from a US company in US dollars. Before I even received a confirmation of my order I was debited with 2 amounts exceeding what I thought was a purchase from a NZ company in NZ$. I immediately reached out to the company to cancel my order and they said it had already been shipped - that would have been a physical impossibility, they lied. I had to wait to receive the product and then spend a ridiculous amount of money to send the goods back for a refund. I have since received my refund but buyer beware. This is NOT a NZ company. My experience of this was so awful that I didn't even want to try this product.

I deliberately ordered one hairspray for which I paid. I was then presented with immediate upsell pages before I had seen a clear confirmation of my original purchase. I rejected those offers by not selecting them and pressed the large "Continue" button, believing I was continuing to my completed-order confirmation. Instead, additional products were added and charged to the tune of £140.00! There was no final opportunity to review and delete those "extras" and remove those products. I couldn't believe my eyes! I contacted the company within two minutes. They claimed they could not cancel the order as it had already been dispatched. It most certainly had not and I have the evidence to prove that on their tracking system. Only the information had been sent to the shippers. They have not even begun the shipping process. I am now using my valuable time to wrestle with returns (if it comes to that) and paying for the privilege to send it all back unopened. DON'T GO NEAR THIS COMPANY.

I accidentally over ordered, I had to wait for them to get back to me for authorisation numbers, I sent product back, now they are telling me to late, no refund. What the hell.

Totally peeved with this company. When you confirm your order nothing happens so scroll down and confirm and then your order has doubled.
I have complained to them and asked for order to be cancelled but looks like I am stuck with crap that I don’t want.
My advice don’t go there

This firm is a scam. Do not buy any hair product from them. When they display a price of £32, immediately you link to your Paypal, they take double ie £64 without allowing you to see the final amount taken.
Upon realising, I called Paypal, and Unfortunately Paypal is supporting this scammers.

This is a complete SCAM of a company...with fake marketing to make it look like a British hairdresser has created this product..well to the British consumers anyway!...this product is made in China and this company will completely fabricate your order and charge you for items you did not order or even want...I actually didn't even realise that I had even placed an order the website is that corrupt...I was charged £103 and it was absolutely impossible to deal with this company, they would not action a returns process and even though I filed 2 claims with PayPal I could not get my money refunded ..AVOID this company.. stay well away...and if you want to try the actual product you can buy it on Ebay for £6 a bottle ..and Halogrow don't bother to reply to this review with your generic response that you can't find trace of my order ...in 20+ years of shopping online I have never come across such a deceitful company.

They scammed me out of £130 and refused to engage with me and even deleted my messages. I never ever agreed to order and I have passed all details to my bank to investigate. I’m a pensioner and carer for my husband who has dementia and is disabled and I can’t afford to lose this money. I would not recommend Halo to my worst enemy.

Communication with customer services following my returns request of a 4-pack was good if rather convoluted and therefore frustrating. Mia and Catherine of the team, were very responsive and were always polite. Annoyingly a computer bot ‘Charlie’ was asking for reviews almost daily. I did feel that a refund wasn’t going to happen but once I’d sent back the 4 units all unused/unopened, and had complied with other conditions, Catherine passed my case on to Jonathan and it was through him that the refund was concluded, via PayPal.

Ordered on offer buy 2 get 2 free, upon quick payment I was charged double what they were advertising, immeadietly emailed to cancel the order, misleading advertising, I’ve had back and forth emails and surprise surprise it’s been despatched 😤 told to contact again once recieve it and will be walked through return process. My advice is to avoid

Trying to return and once again given the run around, I’ve now escalated to a chargeback from my bank as they have not complied with their promises of no quibble money back guarantee
I only assume they hope people give up with all the jumping through hoops you need to do 😤😤

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I decided to order ONE product from this company. I realised that my total was for two products and I had already been charged. For two different products, one of which I did not order. I should have looked at TripAdvisor first. This appears to be their MO.
If it is a genuine mistake, I will update this post. If it is deliberate, I will update this post, including all the industry bodies I have contacted and their response.

A complete load of rubbish. They stole over £100 from my account when I only ordered one bottle. They sent me about 8 and told me that’s what I ordered. Told me I could return unwanted ones for a full refund but found it impossible to do. Plus the stuff doesn’t work. Also keep trying to unsubscribe as I certainly don’t want more of the rubbish but they still keep emailing me with offers. My advise, steer well clear.

Don’t waste your money on this product it does not work.

I ordered some hairgrow spray from Halogrow, they offer 3 sprays for £39.99, A bit more than i wanted to pay, but if it works oh well, i look to see if the money went, i see they have helped themselves to another £63.96 making it a total of £103.95 then i see no refund policy, the company is a whole scam i worry, be careful of this American company probably the hair restore spray is a scam too

I placed an order for one of their sprays to try out which was meant to total $34.90
As payment was going through I noticed they had added more product without my consent.
I immediately tried to cancel the order but they make it impossible to do. On checking my visa I found 2 charges for $38.80 and $54.26
I should have checked Trustpilot first so have learned my lesson.

Since posting this review I have realised that this Company is in the USA and payment is made in US dollars which makes it very expensive with the exchange rate.

Worst company ever ever to deal with & customer service is not at all helpful they stall & stall & stall & stall you over & over & over again until you get feed up to the point of distraction. Asking the same question again to simple delay refunds or goods being delivered!! Shocker DONOT BUY FROM THEM!
