This is such a good course, covering a whole range of subjects that impact your hair growth, from nutrition, to exercise, stress and then importantly understanding the ingredients in shampoos, conditioners and other hair products.
It demystifies what can be happening to make you lose hair and how you might rectify it without recourse to expensive products. It basically arms you with a lot of knowledge so you can make informed choices. Well worth it.

The hair extensions arrived damaged and frayed at the ends. I expected better quality for the price. They also had a strong chemical smell that lingered even after washing.

Once you're their client their standards and level of service do not decline if anything it ramps up haha. Many businesses butter you up until they receive money and the post service is not as hyped as they make it and impress you before you purchase something. This is a program and course that will transform your life and once you learn you can't undo this. She leads with heart and to top it off her personalised touches with a message and staying connected and showing presence to her community adds to the experience and confidence you have made the right choice for yourself. A special special praise and acknowledgment goes to Myrna, one of the most patient person I've come across digitally. She's a true customer service professional with a soul that is just beautiful. You will absolutely be taken care of, responded too timely, with answers, information, understanding and encouragement. You are not buying a program you are investing in a healthier happier you with hundreds of women who are on that same journey and held with space to grow by Sarah, Myrna and the extended Hairqare team. Finished the 14 day challenge and more than a year ago and wanted to refresh my memory on some things - the program got even better with updates and easier to use!

Information is so in depth, and for the price paid - RIDICULOUS how much value it has.

I changed my hair care completely and realized what was hurting my hair bad (even though I thought I was using good products - oh boy was I wrong).

My hair got denser, nicer, and… NO SPLIT ENDS. 0!!!

If someone is serious about their hair - this program is so worth the money. I’d charge at least double or triple for the value you get. Just the tool by itself to find the good products were worth the price.

End-to-end hair care—quite literally! I took the 14-day hair care challenge and it taught me so much more than I ever expected. The course provided valuable knowledge about hair health, including how to nourish it from the inside out, create your own shampoo, manage stress, and address nutritional deficiencies. It was insightful, practical, and truly worth the investment ❤️

From the beginning, the challenge videos and emails welcome everyone with open arms. Everything about how to follow the course is explained with detail so us students don’t feel overwhelmed. The 14 days are structured in a way that makes sense, and all the videos are structured with the super easy unlearn-learn-flourish parts that make it easy and fun to follow.
Something I liked as well is that one can choose their own rhythm, one can miss a day for personal reasons and still it is easy to reconnect.
I was super surprised that every single one of of my comments was answered, this was so unexpected and it was amazing to feel heard.
I already feel better about my hair, not only because I’ve been following most of the recommendations, but because my attitude towards it has changed as well.

I recently completed the 14-Day Better Hair & Health Challenge with Hairqare, and it was a truly educational experience.

What stood out to me is that nothing was being sold. We even made our own hair products instead of being encouraged to buy something.

I completed the 14 day challenge and I don't regret spending my time and money on it. Not only does the program teach you how to make your own shampoo, it trains you to think logically about what your own personal hair needs. What you're paying for in this program is the the knowledge of how to take care of your hair instead of blindly trusting marketing. The 14 day program teaches you the basics. I wish I could afford the other programs and continue learning!

I decided to sign up for the hairqare journey because I was looking for a way to learn learn more about hair care and not just buying another hair product and hoping it will fix something. Sarah’s mission is to help women and to teach them that hair care doesnt need to be “expensive” and I have spent so much money in my past and nothing changed. After I signed up for the challenge I did not know If it will change anything. But even the small changes I started already showed results. My hair feels and looks cleaner, I know what to eat to support my hair growth from within. I know now that what I used harmed my hair and what to look out for. I learned about so many things and they are really easy to apply. I am happy I started this journey.
