Rubbish company
Rubbish company. Firstly, they are not clear enough that they are not UK based so delivery takes ages.
When my delivery turned up it was the wrong item. I emailed, they took a week to respond. Said they would send the correct hat but it may take a week.
Emailed after a week to chase dispatch, not been sent but should be sent the next day.
I said I’d rather just have a refund. Three days later get a response saying it’s been sent.
No tracking, no confirmation etc. I chased confirmation after a week, no response.
They are beyond terrible. And they sent me several incorrect or misdirected emails in the meantime.

I ordered 2 caps from Hatstore on 16 June 2026 that were delivered to me on 20 June 2026, though Hatstore dispatched 1 cap to me that was damaged, so I submitted a complaint to Hatstore with evidence on 20 June 2026, but I did not receive a response, therefore I sent an e-mail to Hatstore on 27 June 2026, but I did not receive a response. As a result, I will not order from Hatstore again and I have advised my family and friends not to order from Hatstore and I do not recommend anyone to order from Hatstore.

Terrible company to deal with . Never respond to emails and chat option on website is useless . Kept 2 items i ordered from a number of items and returned the rest which should have left me £34 left to pay on Klarna . But they have left me a bill of £70 on Klarna as if I've kept more items and not returned them . Avoid at all cost if you are not satisfied to pay 10£ for a return.
Ordered x2 hats, one of them had visor production failed. Another hat quality wise not as i expected .
Try to return and been told have to pay 10£ to return it , in 2026 with online free returns, they charge u.
Also not sure if they pass your mobile nr to 3rd parties, as after i claim for return and add my mobile nr i start receiving a scan calls from India, Italy.
Looks like company location in Sweden , not UK .

Terrible service and customer service for around 6 weeks
I have been dealing with the hat store fur over 6 weeks and not got anywhere. They never get back to your emails and if they do it's like no one has read your email. They clearly do not know what's going on. I bought 2 caps and each had unique designs on them. They then said it's to detailed to put on. I asked for solutions and what to do instead as I've paid for them. What continued was about 20 emails most of them didn't make sense. The customer service sucks, I'm not convinced they have any idea what is going on there. I have emailed them so many times with no reply and then randomly get one out of the blue with nothing to do with my previous emails and questions I asked. It's been so frustrating and poor experience.
