What can i say , just get away from here

Similarly to many users experiences, the KSP company used harrassing, threatening and dishonest wording in several emails to achieve their scam with me. With the costs spiralling out of control, ambiguous emails requiring further clarification and with no clear indication of a resolution finally €310 were paid for an original €35 alleged "breach of contract". Sadly the end users won't read this until it too late.
Advice if you get an email from KSP: Do not engage them in email, phone or text. Do not give them your details. Instead contact Immo24 and deal with thek directly to clarify the issues. Every email and call to KSP will cost you €50.
This message is for the companies who employ KSP to collect debts. Read the reviews below. If you want to alienate your customer base by associating your business with these criminals go ahead but in the long term it will not be worthwhile.

They sent me a letter in the Mail asking me to pay a negative balance of 40 euros. I was on negative balance about three months ago and I've paid it since then and my current balance is about 3 euros (not on negative). Please don't fall for these scams

This company is asking me for money that I supposedly didn't pay to ImmobilienScout24. They stopped charging me on Paypal and now they are asking for the money they didn't charge. They send an email that looks like a scam and don't even reply to emails. Ridiculous company and a terrible way to do business. Avoid these two companies at all costs.

Rude scammers.

I paid for a month and canceled my contract, to be surprised that I need to pay for an extra month with an additional 20 euros for something I didn't get. The whole Scout24 is filled with scammers, no surprise if they are scammers themselves and they are using rude scammers to get there money.

They ask for money for a service I never received. Then they don't even reply to calls or emails.

As requested by me, ksp sent me a follow up receipt after receiving my parcial payment of the supposed pending sum.
In it, they took advantage of threatening me with further charges including delayed interest rates, reminder charges and even initiating an embargo...."einen Vollstreckungsbescheid"if I don't pay the full sum within 3 days from now.
I consider the wording to be most amusing, as in the end, my original bill some months back was of €25 and they will soon receive a total sum of €268.16.
To avoid further vulgar treatment, I will pay their full sum in the hope that they some day learn how to treat their "customers", who help paying the sums they seem to be needing - into learning to be slightly more polite, which is the way I believe most decent people in Hamburg, treat others.
Perhaps they believe that scaring people by threats and court proceedings, provide them with more success ratings, than all of our reviews of their cheap & pathetic methodology.

I have just paid their full sum. Despite sending grand total to be paid before the 24th, they afterwards added that additional interest sums are due as of 15.04.
I shall merrily await further low standard delicacies. As they say..... good riddance. 🕊️😎

These people sent me a mail to my home adress which I have no idea how they manage to find it and they said I should pay 78€ for a medical service I never received!! What should I do can someone please tell me?

This company are cowboys. Firstly, I am being sued for a gym membership I canceled due to becoming unemployed due to corona. The when i paid the fees I received another phone call telling I owed more. I paid it. then today another phone call. When I asked how much I was told I can'T be told on the phone and the representative hung up. I don't know hwo these people sleep at night terrorising people. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

These guys are just making money with the complaints from Paypal. For a negative balance of 7 Euros, they sent me a invoice of 40 euros and now I am forced to pay this.

Scumbags. Paid the “full” amount and then received a letter for more. Spoke to someone on the phone and she hung up. Absolute scammers.
