I placed an order for a pillow with a customised name for my friends and their newborn baby. I chose the option of an embroidered name (in dutch "geborduurd"). my friends received a pillow where the name was applied as a sticker instead of stitched. this may happen and I thought it's just a simple mess-up. I contacted their helpdesk and first of all they said it's not a quality defect, so the only solution they offered is for me to cancel the order and send it back (at my own expense). which is a completely silly solution. after replying to their email I got ghosted and didn't receive any more replies from their customer care team (despite additional follow ups).

I don't mind the fact that they mixed up the products, this can happen, but what really annoys is that they don't take ownership of the problem and refuse to communicate properly with the customer.

They promised short wait time turned into almost a month. Thats not too bad. When i finally received the order it wasn't embroidered as advertised an payed for, it was printed and the material of the hoodie ordered was of low quality.

The necklace is gorgeous! But I assumed I was ordering in the Netherlands, while it came from China, and it arrived 2 weeks later than what was stated on the website. So 6 to 9 days, plus 14 days.

Not true to size, the inside labels are ripped out, the pictures are printed when in the webside it was shown that it was embroidered

the hoody took two months and on the website it says 3-7 business days. the photos were supposed to be sewn, but now they are printed. quality very bad. I do not recommend. contact difficult. massacre!!!

Ordered it with fast delivery 4 to 6 days. It took 12 days, no compensation or anything. Don't promise something if you can't keep the promise.

I ordered what was clearly advertised as 'embroidered crew socks'. What I received was completely different: the design was printed instead of embroidered, and I was sent ankle socks instead of the crew socks shown on the website.

This is not a minor issue or personal preference, it is a product that does not match its description or photos at all.

Customer service initially refused to acknowledge the problem and kept repeating that the order was “made correctly,” despite clear photographic evidence. Instead of taking responsibility, they redirected me to return the item at my own cost, even though the mistake was entirely on their side.

After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they simply stopped responding to my emails. I am now left without a proper solution and with a company that avoids accountability and ignores ongoing customer communication.

Overall: misleading product, poor customer service, and no resolution. I strongly advise against ordering from this website.

Honestly, very disappointing. I ordered an embroidered cap for a concert I was going to attend. It was specifically for this event, I ordered 10 days before it and selected the express delivery (so 3-4 days) and paid the extra amount. It has been 13 days now, no sign of the delivery, just keep getting emails of unfortunate delays in production. I requested a full refund since it is wayyy too late now and past the concert, however they only offer me a 10% refund as an apology. Don’t order, not worth it.

I was expacting a big box for almost €40 but he is so small….
This is really not worth the money but i will forget it and never buy anything from the internet again!

I ordered 1 black and 1 platinum coloured...I got 2 black...! Not really happy.

Would arrive in a few days. Did not arrive even after 2 weeks. First I have to pay extra import taxes to FedEx, because they just dropship this "handmade" item from China. I payed 5:30 Wednesday, but Wednesday no package. then it would arrive Thursday, we were home but FedEx claimed it could not deliver, I changed the date to Friday, again no package and not even a message. Now it is delivered but we are not in Holland anymore and the birthday present could not be given. Pretty much the worst online order experience ever!

The final product was exact as I ordered and was properly packed.
May be a little better communication when things are taking a bit longer to produce. When i sent an email to inquire, it was immediately answered.

What they show on the website and what u get is a complete scam its not even a mat its a cloth and the product doesnt resemeble anything like it

Product was good, delivery a bit later than expected.

To order was easy, price quality ratio is good and delivery within 15 days.
Great gift for a teenager.
My only note would be that the vont they use for the lettering is a bit outdated. I would of loved the capital Z just to be a Z without the old fashion swirl below it..it makes it almost look like a capital J.
With a previous order, the letter A also had a swirl below it..which almost made it look like a Z..
Other than that the girls are very satisfied.

I had to change my order got the confirmation that the order was cjanged and recieved an unchanged order sorry im not happy.

Order was way to late on the website it said delivered before mothersday it came late so i had no present for mothers day so it was false advertisement,

They said 5 working days it came with 15 working days
