preordered a lightstick and they quite literally just never shipped it out, even 2 weeks after when they said the order would be shipped. i emailed them 3 times to no response, the only way i could get a refund was through a chargeback. insane. do not buy from here please

Lightstick + Preorder additional shipping feeds
I placed an order a few days ago for a lightstick and a preorder of an album, it’s been a few days I have seen the shipping not being sent which I found weird so I send them a message, they told me to pay an additional shipping feeds of 10€ to send the lightstick before the preorder while I already payed 30€ for shipping, it’s just wrong to do that and never send a message saying both orders will be shipped in the same boxes and days, I won’t used this site anymore, I don’t recommend it if you live in Europe the shipping feeds are way too high.

Light-Stick collection
I have had 5 Light-sticks and each time has been a great experience up to date shipping details and my opinion a quick delivery.
Packaging is excellent item well protected.
The light stick have worked and with no issues thank you for making my concert experience even more fun. Will definitely be ordering more from this store direct and via Joom.
